Ottima posizione vicino al bellissimo parco Ciani, al teatro Foce e al "biergarden" li vicino (Lugano Marittima) che rende le serate estive piacevoli. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico.

We stayed here for two nights — three people and my dog — and everything felt easy from the beginning. The support and communication were excellent. Quick responses, clear instructions, and everything was smooth before and during our stay, which makes a big difference when you travel. The location is a real highlight. Very close to the Lido, within walking distance to the center, and also near Monte Brè if you want to go up for a beautiful view. You’re perfectly placed between the lake and the mountains. The apartment was clean, modern, and practical. Comfortable for all of us, including the dog, and equipped with everything we needed — simple and stress-free. And then there’s Lugano… the light, the calm atmosphere, that mix of Swiss quality and Italian feeling. It’s a place where you naturally slow down and enjoy the moment. A great choice for a relaxed stay. We would definitely come back.

sehr gute Lage, ideal um zur Seepromenade Altstadt und Lido zu gelangen, eher ruhiges Quartier, sauber, ausreichende Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine.

kein Parkplatz ausser blaue Zone und in der Parallelstrasse ein teurer gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz.

Perfect location, easy access information, lift to 3rd floor, balcony. Comfortable beds, clean linen.

No Air Con!! 2 fans provided and needed. A problem with neighbouring private owned flat,(not relevant to how great this property is to be fair) no balcony furniture, floors get really dusty in the hot weather with everything open but no floor cleaner provided. No laundry detergent which was not stated.
