The perfect stay in Comano

The communication for the booking was excellent The place feels like you arrive at home The property is very peaceful and offers a nice view The owners provided great additional services like bike rental and some free sweets and drinks Lugano is located less than 15 minutes by car so the location is very convenient Several restaurants around look delicious. We tried the Ristorante Pizzeria Moretto and we highly recommend!

The apartment is great! Great size, nice garden with a pool and beautiful views of the mountains. The owners are super gentil and they had everything ready. A free mini bar is a plus!!! Even some toys for the kids to play with.

A great, relaxing and peaceful nights stay in a lovely location.

Exceptionally spacious, bright, clean and charismatic apartment. Being situated on the first floor, some lovely vistas over Comano, green spaces and the mountains. The balcony is a delight on which to enjoy an alfresco dinner or breakfast. The space flows well, everything you need is there and the bed is very comfortable. Andy is a communicative and responsive host.

As we'd anticipated, our car was too big to park in the space right next to the gate. However, the Host sensibly provides a designated off road parking space (solely for the apartment) which is only 50 metres away on the next street so, this really isn't a problem.

Cozy and well equipped apartment

Very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Fridge full of bevareges and coffee for free is a nice and unexpected touch of hospitality. Comano is one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland. It is quiet and perfect location from which you can visit the region.

Cosy Attic apartment with various amenities; Value for money in costly Switzerland

Comano is outskirts of Lugano city. And the nice thing is the bus stop which connects to Lugano north station is just 70m from the apartment. So location wise it is perfect. Host Andy is very helpful. Whenever and whatever problem we faced or in case of queries, he always solved them. Best thing about this apartment is the minibar full with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. And you can drink at free of cost. Kitchen is equipped with necessary things. There is variety of play things available which can engage your child. The bed was very comfortable. AC works perfectly. There is smart TV also, that is definitely a plus point. Parking place available in front of the apartment.

only 2 points. First and foremost what we did not like is the parking space. It is very narrow. First day it was almost impossible to move our car from that parking place. Secondly to reach the drawing room of the apartment you have to cross several steps, in the garden, in the backyard, even after unlocking the apartment door you have to face stairs to reach the sitting area. It was difficult to carry our suitcases. And I found the apartment little bit overloaded with different items, many of them are not necessary for tourists.

Confort like your own house, good value for money

The apartment was super comfortable, with all the facilities that you would have in your own home. Andy was very supportive, answering questions and helping us out whenever needed. The kitchen was fully loaded, with breakfast items, milk, cereals, Jam, butter and so on. Juices, Cola, beer were on the house. All in all, we enjoyed the facilities and the host. highly recommended.

Very good

The apartment is large and with a great view. It has a good living room and kitchen with everything you migth need to cook. There are also lots of information of the sites you can visit in Lugano.

There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment. The street is small and one-way, meaning that you will either have to enter or leave backwards. A lot of ligth gets in the morning, the apartment gets direct soonligth in the morning and the shades do not fully block it. Particulary in the living room where it is almost impossible to sleep in the morning. If you have a baby I would no recommed the apartment as the crib only fits in the living room.

Exceptional stay

I went to Comano with 3 friends and we loved the accommodation. Every detail of the house is impressive, we didn't miss any items. The shower was great, the beds comfortable, big tv, coffeemakers, air conditioning and even some free drinks for the guests. We just loved our stay. I will definitely come back.

AMAZING HOST, LOCATION, & AMENITIES‼️

Truly everything was extraordinary! It was amazing how well thought out and well appointed the apartment was. Incredibly comfortable bed and the host because we were a couple with our adult son made sure to change the queen bed from two single beds together to a matrimonial bed with a connector and it was so comfortable! The pillows were fantastic as well. He was so kind and helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations and even called the restaurant for the first day because it was after lunchtime hours and he asked the hosts to keep the restaurant open for us. And they did. Food was fantastic by the way. Our host Andy had every conceivable thing one would want in the apartment including so many fancy beverages free of charge. The kitchen had everything and was so well organized. The apartment had a wonderful working wood fireplace which we used with plenty of wood! There was a little balcony outside with a table. Such a comfy couch that our son slept on because he did not choose the bunkbeds in the bedroom. The bathroom was beautiful with a great shower, a beautiful skylight and filled with all the extras that one would want including packages of razors for shaving, a hair dryer. There was even a lint roller. The apartment also had board games, beautiful high ceilings, and it was absolutely amazing that such a place exists. Because our vehicle was a large SUV and the parking place in front of the apartment was too narrow to easily do with our car, our host paid for parking in the underground garage at the church nearby! To get to that church it was a quick and easy walk to retrieve our car. And to get to the apartment we walked a few short flights of stairs around the backside of the apartment to enter and it was easy and wonderful. There are not enough words to say how excellent this location, host, and apartment are! We have traveled to 35 countries around the world and are constantly traveling.

A really nice apartment with everything you would need available. Fully equipped kitchen including a Sodastream machine, and a modern washer/dryer machine. Very clean. Coffee and drinks on the house was a really nice plus. TV with many channels and Netflix access. Very helpful host... thanks for everything. Highly recommended!

We would love to come again and had very great memories

Comano is a very beautiful Place not fare from Lugano and accessible by public transportation. The Apartment is clean comfortable with wonderful views. Communication with the owner went very well and Andy was very helpful. It's also great with kids the town has beautiful playgrounds nearby. We definitely recommend the place and would come again to spent our relaxing holidays in that apartment.

Parking with a Van is a bit difficult in the narrow street but there is public parking available too.
