On holiday in Lugano with the family, as a couple, or on a business trip? Whatever your type of stay, from the first moment you enter you will feel at home in this well-equipped, modern and functional flat, URBAN 3, with its minimal-chic design.



This elegant three-room apartment, located in a new building, is characterised by its brightness and well-organised spaces. The open-plan living room, furnished with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for those who enjoy cooking and hosting.



The table is suitable for lunches and dinners for couples or company.



The living area has a TV and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed for guests if required.



(Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.)



The sleeping area includes a spacious double room with a large wardrobe and a single room perfect for a child or for a shared stay with colleagues/friends. The bathroom, in elegant marble, has a shower and bidet. As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine.



A private balcony completes the flat, providing an outdoor space to relax or enjoy the view while sipping a drink.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The Coop Supermarket is a 10-minute walk or 2 minutes\' drive from the property; the lakefront is a pleasant 20-minute stroll away; from La Lanchetta restaurant, you can take the ferry in the small marina to many destinations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). 



A short distance away you can relax at the Lido di Lugano or visit Parco Ciani, one of the city\'s most beautiful parks, perfect for relaxing walks by the lake. 



For those who love shopping, Via Nassa is a famous shopping street just a few minutes away, with boutiques and luxury shops.



For transport, the Lugano Centro station provides easy access to public transport, while the Lugano Exhibition Centre offers events and exhibitions.



How to get there:



If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the ‘Lugano Nord’ exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the flat. 



If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus no. 6 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop ‘Lugano, Via Beltramina’ (about 11 minutes).

Walk about 7 minutes (500m) to get to the apartment.
