A spacious apartment with everything you need

The apartment is really big. The kitchen has all the facilities you need and some provisions left by previous guests, which is great. The living room with the balcony is spacious, so all of us can sit at the table and enjoy our dinner together. The host is friendly and helpful. He gave us detailed information as to how to get to the apartment and the surroundings. There are several ventilators to help in the warm summer days. The view from the apartment is fantastic.

There is no mosquito net on the windows, so we were attacked by mosquitos. There is only one bathroom, for an apartment with three bedroom, that could accomodate 6 guests, it can be difficult.

Overal pleasant stay in Lugano on your own privacy enjoying the view from balcony with a cup of coffee.

Great and fantastic view from the balcony. A lot of space inside and very quiet private area. Mr. Ricardo was a great old school gentleman who explained everything and even presented an adaptor to me and changed the bulb in the bathroom before I realised it was out of order. I thank him very much for his warm hospitality and exceptional personality. Bed and shower were good and with coffee machine in the kitchen.

Specific smell in the apartment reminding me a smell of a sheep and constant smell of food inside the common entrance area, I realised it was coming from neighbours from Slovenia below. Old furniture but it did not bothered me. If the place would be renovated there would be an advantage.

Large apartment on the hills of Lugano, only few minutes walk from the beautiful centre. the view is absolutely spectacular however the flat is dated and needs to be refurbished. The charge for the dog, for one night stay, is excessive and should be stated in the property’s ad. Staff however were friendly and helpful

Amazing view, but dont expect to sleep well.

The view is amazing, the sizes of the rooms are huge, the balcony is really nice.

muskitos attacked us, my wife got stunged 37 times, there was no airco and it was 34 degrees outside during our stay, the mattress and pillow is old and not comfortable at all, we dint get allot of sleep unfortunately.

Balcony and view was great. The apartment was very spacious too! Many thanks to Riccardo and friends for welcoming us to Lugano!

Bed was too soft and can be quite noisy at times. While it was good that fan was provided, it was still quite warm as it was summer. The furniture is a little old but manageable.

Great place almost in the city center.

Very spacious apparment, with 3 bedrooms that could easily host 7 persons. Beautiful view from the large balcony to the city, Monte Bré and part of the lake. Well equiped kitchen (fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, ...). Good WiFi internet. Friendly service. 15 Minutes to walk to the city center. Free parking.

The views of Lugano and the mountains from the large balcony give the apartment an airy and fresh feeling. the apartment has a lot of space which is ideal for a group of people. The private parking is well appreciated. The staff were always very helpful and kind.

The apartment is not very modern and could definitely be updated and refurbished. The kitchen could do with more utensils

Wir nehmen nächstes Mal lieber eine saubere, gepflegte Wohnung.

Die Lage war gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand vorort statt, sehr pünktlich. Die erwähnten vorhandene Pflegeprodukte wurde nachträglich umgehend vorbeigebracht, als wir dies meldeten, weil wir nichts dabei hatten.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung: zusammengewürfelte alte Möbel, nicht sauber und ungepflegt. Die Wohnung wird nicht unterhalten, da bald abgebrochen wird. Vorhänge teils zerrissen und mehrere Vorhaänge oben weggerissen, Parkettboden defekt, Grosse braune Flecken an der Schlafzimmerdecke, nichts wird repariert oder verschönert. Duschvorhang musste gewechselt werden weil er so schmutzig war, Küche nicht wirklich sauber, auf zweiten Blick erkennbar, schmutzige Einrichtung und auch unter dem Bett viel Staub, wie auch bei Schränken. Die alte Wohnung wäre sehr schön, wenn dazu geschaut würde. Dies wird aber nicht gemacht, leider. Wir haben reklamiert aber keine Ermässigung erhalten.

Einfache, aber zweckmässig eingerichtete ältere Wohnung.

Persönlicher Empfang und transparente Kommunikation. Transparente Informationen schon vor der Anreise betreffend einer Baustelle - die uns persönlich kaum gestört hat. Einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber.

Gebäude und Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - eine Renovation ist gemäss Vermieter in Planung.

siamo stati bene grande gentilezza e disponibilità

spazio in casa, posizione comoda per arrivare in centro anche a piedi, la cucina molto ben attrezzata. ottima pulizia. il fatto che ci abbiano lasciato l'appartamento fino alle 14.00 del giorno della partenza, senza supplemento, permettendoci di far pranzare i ragazzi che avevano le gare di nuoto. Non è una cosa da tutti.

l'arredamento è un po' datato ma per le nostre esigenze era irrilevante, un solo bagno per 8 posti letto è un po' poco
