Simple but okay rooms

It is a quiet situation and the owners are friendly. You need a car to get around. Breakfast was ok - I used to get better coffee in Italy. What I liked best was the open fireplace in the reception & breakfast room.

The room is very basic. It was cold although the radiators were on and the bed was too short for my husband. Many spider webs on the ceiling.

An awesome stay near Como lake

This really was a gem of a place to stay at. Extremely peaceful,really good food,excellent both breakfasts and dinners. Our dog also felt great in this environment. If you are thinking about staying here,I could not recommend this place enough!

Perfect!

The host of this establishment are incredible! Absolutely topped off an amazing stay. Down the stream is an incredible secret waterfall too. Wow. Delicious authentic Italian food served with love. I adored the dog and occasional appearance from the cat. So much to love. Thank you!

We had trouble with reliable transport out from this location with buses not stopping for us.

Agriculture on its best

The accommodation is located between lake Lugano and lake Como. Great hikes nearby. The breakfast is delicious with fresh products as is the diner. We liked the several areas to sit and relax in the garden. There is a shared area with coffee and tea facilities. The room is super clean. The hosts are really kind and make you feel more than welcome.

The bed is a little bit hard but that is a personal preference.

Nice location close enough to lake Como, that cools down nicely in the evening. Great breakfast and nice dinner option. Very friendly staff.

Although the room and bathroom are spacious the shower in very narrow and the bed is short if you are >1.90

The room was very cozy, great little farm with very friendly owners & staff. We loved the breakfast and dinner (dinner booked separately).

The roads leading there can be small with lot of curves, not a problem at all for us, but should be kept in mind.

Perfect place to visit Lake Como!

We had an amazing stay, everything is perfectly organised and the place is nice and relaxing. Location is perfect to move around Lake Como. Iris is the best dog ever and she became best friend with our Vigo. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Fabio and Milena!

Exceptional

Location, staff as well as all amenities are at the highest level. The owner was very helpful and tried to meet all requirements. Despite the narrow and winding Italian roads, it is worth visiting this place for beautiful views off the mountains. The food prepared by the owners was so delicious that you didn't want to eat anything else anywhere. And of course the owner's dog was probably the cutest part of the stay 🙂 We will definitely go back there more than once! We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful calm agriturismo in the perfect location.

Charming B&B with lovely rooms in a beautiful location. Location is perfect. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere while actually being very close to the lake and the Intelvi valley's villages. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, with local produce and a great variety. Fabio was very helpful and attentive. Would love to come back another time.

Everything! The property is beautiful, with great outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was outstanding! Fantastic host!! Be sure and get directions from property, it was a little tricky.

Perfect, quiet and relaxing stay with my family.

Location is great. Due to high altitude, the temperature and humidity was lower than the lake coast. This let us a very comfortable stay and sleep during the night. Even you are not far from the lake (7 km.) the area is quiet and you stay within the nature without any noise (You hear only the birds). Fabio is a great host who advised us also about the activities around the area. The breakfast was excellent including fresh eggs, tomatoes, cheeses, cookies, yogurt, juices and so on. They also offer excellent dinners if you make the reservation earlier. He has nice wines. You should go there by car but there is a free parking area in the garden. Wifi is free and there are many Wifi's so that you can connect at every point of the facility. The room is big, beds are comfortable. Rooms and the total facility was very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. Definitely a perfect choice for your stay in this area.

Fabio and Milena were wonderfull. We were here for 3 days, the weather was not too well, but that didn't matter. Very kind people. The food was great and homemade. The owners are incredibly kind and very helpfull. Would definetly visit again.

A cosy stay in the valley, further from the tourist crowds, but better to look elsewhere for dining

Nice location (in the valley, by the river), parking on the premises. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and their dog was super cute.

The room was quite dark. The dinner was disappointing and we had really only come to experience the real Italian home cooking. The products were fresh, local and of good quality, but the overall result quite bland. Maybe it is because the hosts were understaffed - hopefully it picks up after covid.
