Bell'appartamento, al nostro arrivo l'abbiamo trovato pulito e caldo (forse un po' troppo). Dotato di tutti i confort, i due bagni ci hanno permesso di risparmiare parecchio tempo, e dedicarci di più alla visita della città. Presenti tutti i confort, è perfetto anche per soggiorni lunghi. Self check-in/check-out semplice, il personale telematico risponde subito, con cordialità ed efficienza. Supermercato di fronte casa; a pochi minuti a piedi c'è la fermata del bus che porta in centro o, per chi non ha paura delle salite di Lugano, una camminata di 15 min per goderti a pieno la città e il lago - soprattutto con le belle giornate!
L'appartamento al primo piano troppo vicino alla strada, per chi ha un sonno leggero può essere un po' fastidioso, anche se non è una strada eccessivamente trafficata. Sarebbe stato carino avere uno specchio nella stanza dei due letti singoli.

Ascensore non funzionante e mancanza di abat-jour nelle camere da letto sul comodino inoltre finestre non insonorizzate

Host were nice and helpful. Location is close to the city center and parking is fairly easy for Swiss standards.
Apartment is spacious.
Both bedrooms are directly out to a large street which is extremely noisy and difficult to sleep from.
The kitchen has only the absolute necessary, so would't recommend for long stays if intentions is to cook.
There are some lights in the hallway of the apartment that apparently can't be turned off, so you have to sleep with closed doors.
