Unwelcoming attitude made this stay not worth the cost.

The room had not been cleaned properly, and several items were broken. The shared WC for all rooms was also not well maintained. The noise level at night made it difficult to sleep, and there is no private parking — guests must park in the blue zone. Communication with the property owner (or manager) was uncomfortable, as they were overly controlling and frequently messaging during the stay. Although checkout is stated as 10:00 AM, we were pressured to leave earlier. When I inquired about paying the CHF 10 dog fee via Twint or in EUR, the response was unexpectedly rude. Overall, the experience was stressful and did not reflect the value paid.

Not vacation material. If you need to spend a few days for work or school, it's fine.

Not as scary as some reviews say. If you ever lived in a post-soviet dorm, it's about the same. Has some regular, probably daily, cleaning. Room 1 has a nice balcony, the sun hits you in the morning, but you can block it off with the balcony door if you prefer. You get a view of palm trees right in front of you rather than the lake, but it's pleasant nonetheless. The location is nice.

Room: - Door does NOT lock properly, lock gets stuck half way. I made sure to lock door properly every day, yet twice I found it open. Was some cleaning done? No trash taken out, towels not replaced, so it's unlikely. This NEEDS to be fixed as you have no guarantee of privacy otherwise. Front door and gate not lockable altogether. - Bed headboard is in bad state, all scratched. Beddings are at the edge of being distasteful - clearly very used, but also washed and smelled fine. - Closets are dusty, furniture is very used. Mystery drawer full of unopened mail??? It's giving environmental storytelling. - Desk fan nearly dead. Replace. It costs next to nothing. - The walls are thin - you will hear your housemates' every move. Hallway: - Musty. Improved significantly with running dehumidifier for full stay, but the house is clearly unhealthy. Bathroom: - Needs full remodeling. A sign tells you not to use the bathtub. The shower is difficult to access - there is a long sloped entry, bit of a trap that could end your vacation early. Bad water pressure, sometimes not very warm. - Not a lot of TP provided. If you lose at housemate lottery, you may get very little bathroom access and better pack some emergency paper tissues. - Some cobwebs, some mold, silicone in shower replaced with tape that's peeling off. - Towel hanger glued on sideways. This would be a 2 minute fix.

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de faire ça, mais la, on se moque vraiment des gens et c’est une honte !! The staff lady was harassing by message: more than 10 messages in one day. Ask for €10 per dog when there is nothing to receive them. Not even a bowl. She says she´s not there while she lives in the house. So... The bathroom : was disgusting, scotch tape to make the joints, the shower head hardly held, cobwebs, everything is old and damaged. The room: a foul smell in the room. The staff person didn't even bother to ventilate the room between the person before us and us. The bed was not made properly: 2 pillows placed on the same side with in addition a sofa cousin, no duvet. Everything was in a closet full of dust. Instructions prohibited; don’t use the bathtub, don’t use the bidet, don’t make noise etc. don’t go to the balcony (so as not to disturb the staff who are supposedly not on site). Short place to flee. Very expensive for a zero service. Sometimes, it's better to put a little more expensive if you like cleanliness Cameras in the corridor, in the main entrance, outside… we felt observed as soon as we arrived… Plus if you make noise like talk a bit too loud after 10:00 PM they written that they will call the police and you get fine 100.- chf… Anyways too much for us and never again that is for sure !

It was a very clean and nice place, not very far from the train station. The street was quiet and very pretty .

There was no air conditioner, so it was uncomfortable to sleep with opened windows (in fact, opened windows didn't help).

It has what is needed for a short stay overnight, a comfortable bed and good shower.

It is by no means luxurious but it has what we needed for a short stay overnight, clean sheets and towel, comfortable bed and good shower. It has a shared mini-fridge and microvawe in the hallway if you need, as well as a water boiler. You can easily reach the city centre by bus and the stop is very near the house (you can go by foot if you'd like but it is a very steep climb).

The room was a bit humid, so it can get a little uncomfortable in hot weather and neither the air circulator nor the fan (it was very weak and dusty) in the room helped, but it was ok at night with the windows open. Also the blinds are very thin so the room gets very bright in the morning, so you might want to bring and eye mask if it bothers you.

I am world traveler plus I am running few property’s in the most highly recommended island in Mýkonos I had make reservations 06/07 Everything work out Next day morning I had to make another reservation I send message to the lady who run the property and I ask what about if I stay one more night she’ll I pay you in cash are how She recommended by booking I quickly make reservation I pay by my card because I had to run for my appointment I was half necked and lady come to and start to talk about the cash for reservation First how she was stand and talk I thought it’s police lady are something I told her I make already reservation as you told my by booking.com I show her my bank app that yesterday I pay and today with date of 07/06 And I told her I am in the call and in rush can you give me 20 min then we talk and she told me can you close the call 😂 Then I talk to booking.com they told yes we see 2 time payment we will check soon She go to my appointment and when I sit I receive message you pay cash are we put your thigs out of road As traveler I never ever see in my life like idiot and stupid reaction stuff in my life

The apartment was untidy. Under the bed has not been vacuumed for a long time, the towels smelled musty and some of the sheets had stains. There was also a bug problem in the apartment. We found ants and centipedes.

Good location, close to central train station. Comfortable bed, good view of the city from the balcony.

Not a fan of shared bathrooms if the toilet isn't separate from the shower but we made it work. We had a loud neighbor but sometimes that can't be helped. All in all it was a great stay!

The room was quite cold and there was stuffy smell. We found several centipedes (bugs) both in the room and in the hallway. One of us couldn't connect to the WiFi and the connection was bad.

-location in general was nice ! i suggest to go to the downtown by walking, because the path is very nice!!! - i asked to turn on the heater and i think that they did it! !! -you could you the fridge (common) - the microwave (common) -the hairdryer (common) - there was a little desk in the room - there was a boiler in the room. -there were two personal towels but i suggest to bring yours if you can. -there were also bed covers. -coat hangers

- humidity and bad smell of it in the room - cold + humidity in the room - and so unfortunately: cold, humidity and covers with bad small of humidity every night and morning of my stay - clogged shower drain - huge cobwebs under the wc unfortunately my room was very very very humid. there were three rooms. i was put in the smallest without the terrace, with no view even if i stayed longer: in that one the smell was very bad because of humidity and lack of sunlight! maybe in the other is better!

Too much noise, couldn’t sleep at all. You can hear someone taking shower and door opening and closing. Felt like I’m sleeping in hallway. I booked lake view room but actually partial view. Too much trees.

don’t stay in room #4…

The location was great, the host was very nice and professional, and parking was easy. Initially felt price was great, but with the cleaning/ service fee and upon seeing room and amenities, changed my mind.

The listing fails to mention the quality of the room (room #4) and lack of amenities. The biggest issue was when I went to open the sliding glass doors of the wall, which I thought was a closet, but was actually a hidden kitchen only with private access from another outside room not intended for use by the guest (us) or even mentioned when we got the room. Was unsettling and bizarre. Bathroom is a shared bathroom with hand shower and no trash can. The room was very stuffy with no working fan or privacy to open windows as it’s on the ground floor. Everything was very worn, sheets were stained and had hair in them and no pillowcases.
