Since the town is a well-developed tourist center, it is full of shopping destinations offering both local and international brands. There are a number of restaurants, take-away, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy within 500 meters of the house. A golf course and a tennis club are about 3 kilometers and 2 kilometers from the apartment respectively. The nearest train station is about 4 minutes’ drive from here. The nearest International Airport is about an hour\'s drive.
