Nice apartment. Unprofessional and rude hosts.

The host sent rude messages by whatsapp which he then deleted or they self-deleted after 24 hours

I booked and paid for room an apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony. On arrival, I was offered a room with two bedrooms and no balcony. When I complained, I was offered an apartment with one bedroom and a tiny balcony. When I complained again, they offered me a full refund. As I had nowhere else to go, I went back to the apartment with two bedrooms and no balcony - not what I had booked through Booking,com. I found the hosts rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone staying at their apartments.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great time, stayed for two nights. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. Close to public transit which made it easy to sightsee. We had a slight issue that was easily resolved - excellent customer service.

Lugano Luxurious Stay

One can not find an apartment in lugano city that has a better location... the building where the apartment is located is well maintained and is facing Hermes which is at the heart of the high end luxury retailers in town so practically you are in having the comfort and convenience of being in the middle of town close to shops, cafes, and supermarkets ... you just can't beat this location. The one bedroom apartment we stayed at was super clean, spacious and well furnished and had two acs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, with a very cute balcony overlooking the core of this high end shopping district. Also, a nicely equipped kitchen with most items one would need for a short stay. Staff were prompt and professional in all communications providing high degree of clarity and certainty regarding the checkin, checkout process, as well as any inquiry that the guests might have they were very prompt in all cases.

During our six nights stay we only had maybe one minor issue regarding the sofa in the living area which tends to fall down a bit from over use as it opens as sofa bed so when used as a sofa the base tends to fall down a bit which might indicate the need for refurbishment in the near future, but certainly not a deal breaker by any means. The second issue which is mainly a communication issue is the fact that they will charge a deposit depending on apartment type and size anytime after the booking is made and although this was made clear on booking.com at time of booking, but it would have been nice if the guest recieves an email notifying them before the charge is collected by the property. Same issue happened when collecting the balance, wherein the property would collect the balance even before the cancellation free deadline, which is unusual for booking.com rentals, and could be done more professionally by notifying guest before making the collection ... a simple message on booking.com portal before making the collection would solve both issues and would not cause the property any issues to their collection policies, but can seem more clear and professional to the guest. In all cases, the above remarks would not sway us from coming back to this wonderful property in the future time and time again.

Not suitable if travelling with teenage children as the second bed (sofa bed) if very small. Sofa bed was also not setup for sleeping so we had to make upon arrival. No basic essentials provided.

The apartment did not meet expectations for the price. The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. There was no washing machine, although this should be considered a basic feature. Communication with the host was slow — replies often came only after 10–12 hours. These issues caused significant inconvenience during the stay.

Excellent location, very roomy, clean, and great to have a balcony!

As we were only there for 4 nights, it would be great if sugar was provided for coffee, as well as salt and pepper (hard to buy small quantities for a short stay). Also, there wasn’t any hand soap provided for the bathroom, plus the shower curtain was in desperate need of replacement (quite moldy and dirty). We were only given one dishwasher tab which was helpful not again, staying for 4 nights we could have used another one.

The main lock was changed and no body tell us and we need to call them to get the code my family was standing with me at the main door with three kids and we cannot go inside The TV was not working and they said to buy the new battery by your self lastly they email me that you broke the zip of sofa bed and now pay for that what a shit already charing alot and then scamming people really a bad property not recommended with families and kids.

Great location and nice apartment, but missing some essentials

The location of the apartment is absolutely unbeatable, super central and within walking distance to everything you might need in Lugano. Right next to the building there is a convenient paid parking area, which made it really easy for us to park and reach the apartment on foot. The check-in process was seamless and efficient thanks to a code system, which allowed for a hassle-free and flexible arrival. The apartment is located on the top floor, which gives it a nice, quiet feel. It’s either new or recently renovated, and it shows: everything was pretty clean, and the apartment nicely decorated. It’s a cozy and pleasant space to stay in, especially if you’re looking for something central and modern.

The bathroom is quite small and not properly equipped for multiple guests. For example, the welcome kit (shampoo, soap, etc.) included only one tiny single-use set, which is clearly insufficient for four people. Towels were limited in number and very small too. Additionally, some basic amenities were missing: no paper towels, no bottle of water upon arrival, and no extra shelves or space to put our belongings, no trash can in the toilet. It felt like the apartment was missing those small but essential details that would have made the stay more complete, practical and comfortable, i.e. things that avoid the need to rush out to the supermarket right after checking in. Just a heads-up: the AC is only available in the living room.

Very comfortable and stylish apartment in a super great location. We were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to the lake, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. Perfect base for many area day trips.

Strategically located and cosy.

The property is clean and kitchen is well equipped for our stay. Sonja, was very responsive, efficient and prompt in responding to my request. It is also strategically located with a couple of luxury boutiques (Hermes, Moncler and Rolex) is just 50m away as well as restaurants, pharmacies and shopping malls within very short walking distance. Parking is not available on site but you can park at the public parking space behind the property which will probably set you back at CHF16 for a night which is quite acceptable for city parking. Check in and check out was seamless. Will definitely stay here again when we are back. We totally enjoyed our stay. It felt so much like home.

Wunderbare Auszeit über den Dächern von Lugano

Sehr schöne Wohnung in oberster Etage mit bestem Blick, in superzentraler Lage. Schnelle und verbindliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Wohnzimmer könnte es noch eine zusätzliche Lichtquelle bei der Sofaecke geben, wenn man nicht das helle Deckenlicht anhaben will. Ansonsten alles perfekt :)

Un appartamento da sogno a Lugano

L' appartamento e' ampio e pulito, ha una terrazza e un bellissima vista sui tetti. C'e'' un parcheggio multipiano a pochi metri, e la posizione e' centrale e permette di scendere a piedi trovandosi subito nelle vie principali.

Soggiorno perfetto a Lugano! Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questo alloggio e non possiamo che parlarne benissimo. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e con tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale: a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dal lungolago, ma in una zona tranquilla che permette di dormire sonni tranquilli. Il check-in è stato facile e flessibile. Torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che saremo a Lugano: rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un posto curato, accogliente e in posizione strategica! Katastrophal - nie wieder

Dieses Apartment war eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Die Wohnung war unsauber, es hatte Urinflecken auf dem WC-Boden. Das Bett und vorallem die Kopfkissen sind so unbequem dass wir danach Rückenschmerzen hatten. Das Sofabett war total schmuddelig und alt, eine absolute Zumutung. Rezeption gibt es keine und geholfen wird aus Prinzip nicht.

Code Zusendung für Tür wurde verweigert, da meine HandsNr nicht mit der seitens der Agentur hinterlegten überein stimmte - nur Eskalation über Booking verhalf dann zum Zusenden des Codes. (Nervenaufreibende Stunde vor Ort). Lokale Ansprechpartner gibt sich als Besitzer der Immobilie aus und hat keine Umgangsformen zu Gästen. Wohnung Top - Betreuer unfreundlich, impulsiv und schuld zuweisend…. Kleine Mängel: kein WLan, keine funktionierende Remote Control (TV)

Appartement extrêmement bien situé, bien décoré et confortable, j'ai adoré !! S'il fallait améliorer qqchose, je dirai qu'il manque des patères (de portes) dans la salle d'eau. Dans la liste des personnes à contacter via WhatsApp en cas de besoin, il serait bien de préciser les langues parlées de chacun 😉 Sachez qu'il y a une bonne dizaine de marches à gravir avant d'atteindre l'ascenseur. Mettre à jour la photo de la façade de l'immeuble 😉
