Casa Serenella Splendid Lake View - Happy Rentals

A really nice view, very clean and newly renovated. Very good instruction while arriving there. Very quiet neighbours.

There was sadly no internet for 3 days.

The apartment is very spacious,has great views over the lake of Lugano. Its location is very good , not far from the old town and the lake cruises and other water activities. It is also well equipped. It has a big bath room and a smaller toilet.

1)It has no private parking,so you have to park your car down on the main road blue zone area,,which is just 4 minutes walk from the apartment.2)The apartment’s cleanliness is below expectations,especially the kitchen ,where some kitchenware and some of the drawers are dirty.There are some spider nets in the toilet also.3)Communication with the local team ,who is responsible of answering questions and responding to your inquiries , is troublesome,time consuming and not effective.This local team consistsof 4 members ,who are very difficult to reach and when you reach he or she might refer you to his or her colleague just to answer a simple question!!
