Lovely and spacious, beautiful view.
Just right for a group.
I liked everything and would come back .
It did take me a while to work out how to set up the key as in not very techical was easy in the end but really simple instructions would help.
A leaflet are guide would be super useful on tips it not up to you to provide this but it would be a good idea for guests as ideas of where to go.

Very modern room, decent amenities, the air conditioning was incredible, the location was great, and there was a co-working space. Great for business-related trips.
The gym was severely lacking. Didn't even have dumbbells. It could also use mosquito nets, as Lugano has a mosquito problem.

The apartment was quite nice, clean, and comfortable overall. However, getting the door open was not easy. We struggled quite a bit before the access code finally worked, which was frustrating after arriving.
One thing I would also like to mention is that I accidentally left my WHOOP wristband in the apartment. I contacted the property via WhatsApp within a few minutes of checking out, but unfortunately, I have still not received any response. I found this to be very unprofessional and disappointing, especially when it comes to helping guests recover forgotten belongings.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience and lack of communication afterward could definitely be improved.
