The apartment was quite nice, clean, and comfortable overall. However, getting the door open was not easy. We struggled quite a bit before the access code finally worked, which was frustrating after arriving.
One thing I would also like to mention is that I accidentally left my WHOOP wristband in the apartment. I contacted the property via WhatsApp within a few minutes of checking out, but unfortunately, I have still not received any response. I found this to be very unprofessional and disappointing, especially when it comes to helping guests recover forgotten belongings.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience and lack of communication afterward could definitely be improved.

Modern facility and perfectly equipped room. Everything operates through Salto app. Location is excellent
Dustbin wasn't replaced once in 5 days stay. Garage has very steep entrance which isn't suitable for limousine cars around 5meters long.
It would be amazing to create community area on the rooftop

The flat was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you would need, instructions on how to set up the bed in the studio were clear and easy to follow. The self check-in/out process is easy once you get there, although the prep of downloading the app, filling out the online forms etc was quite a lengthy and complicated process. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I felt safe here as a solo traveller so I would stay again!
Had issues with the remote control not working properly so it either needs replacing or new batteries as I couldn’t use the TV because of it. The towels had pink stains on them (not dirt, more like a cleaning product / detergent) but there was no staff around to ask for a replacement. The shower was also tricky to use without getting the bathroom floor wet as it wasn’t deep enough.
