Wir ersuchen um einen Preisnachlass von 50% für das verrauchte Appartment No 1.
Gute Lage in Paradiso nahe dem öffentlichen Verkehr.
Eines der beiden Appartments (BoReal Appartments No 1) stank nach Rauch und süsslichem versprühtem Fresh Air Spray. Unsere Vorgänger haben eine Party gefeiert, rauchten, mussten um 1100 Uhr geweckt werden, damit sie Wohnung verliessen. Wir konnten nur knapp mit weit geöffneten Fenstern übernachten und alle Kleider stinken nun nach dem abgestandenen Rauch. 3 Stühle verloren die Beine, sodass sich darauf setzen eine Unfallgefahr bedeutet hätte. Auf unsere sofortige Meldung bei Happy Rental ergab keine Reaktion. Die Stühle wurden am Freitag 30.5 nicht geflickt, es wurde erst auf nochmaligen Hinweis, dass die Vertragsbedingungen bezüglich rauchfreier Wohnung seitens des Vermieters nicht eingehalten wurde, ein Preisnachlass von CHF 75 angeboten.
