Super location and views from the apartment. Great terrace for breakfast and a drink later. Stunning lake views and access to the lake for a swim. Great garage area for bike storage.
Our only complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. Fortunately there was aircon in the living area and a comfy sofa bed which we used rather than the bedroom as it was way too hot in there to contemplate sleeping in there. But that unit should be piped to outside as you really had to watch that the dish catching the condensation didn’t overflow. It filled very quickly.

The location, the private garden/platform to swim in the lake, the promenade from the Hotel Riviera (5 mins walk from house) to walk by the lake. Close to central Lugano and other activities in the area.
Very hot during our stay 30ºC-34ºC. Only 1 room had AC and it leaked water even with a recipient we had to replace several times a day. Not as modern as other facilities, but confortable nonetheless.

lovely views over the lake - well equipped property
very sparsely decorated and felt functional. The checking in process was terrible - initially wanted passport info over email - no communication until half an hour before we were due to arrive - sent a website address to fill in passport details with no log in information- we sat outside the property and had to ring them twice just to get their process to work - eventually they let us have the code to the lockbox - really poor experience

Kitchen but didn’t have ANY seasonings or oils to cook with. The view is nice
The bed was OK, but lacked quality. The TV didn’t work. The decor was bland. No warmth to the place. And one window in the bedroom had no curtains, so light came in disrupting sleep.
The shower is weird. Have to step into a bathtub and then duck down, hurting your back, to shower. I travel a lot and never had an experience like this.
