The appartment was great, size was perfect for two. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. We haven't personnaly met the owners, but they were very helpful. We could store our luggage before check-in as we were early and as well at check-out before taking the train. We would definitely stay there again next time in Lugano. Thank you

Cozy, modern and Lugano

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable — much better than staying in old hotels that haven’t been renovated or updated for 20–30 years. I highly recommend choosing a place like this instead of traditional hotels. Great experience overall! Parking is for free and available any time. Simple access for everything.

Nice cozy apartment with free parking

Nice apartment with a cozy garden in a quiet neighbourhood of Lugano. Our host provided us with all the information we needed, the flat was equipped with everything one needs for a short stay. The city center is a 10-15 min walk and is quite close to the Lido di Lugano (main swimming pool area of the city). Parking was also extremely helpful, we parked outside and there were no issues whatsoever. Overall a great place to stay while in Lugano, thank you very much!

I loved the apartment for its cleanliness and comfort with all the essential appliances. The location of the apartment is an advantage as it's close to all restaurants, bus stops and major places in town. The landlord was very caring and helpful; he assisted me via WhatsApp to find anything I needed and answered any questions I had. Thanks for the hospitality! I enjoyed my stay in this apartment and would rent it again if I ever visit Lugano in the future.

Very Quiet and Safe location in Lugano!!!

Staying here was such a pleasant experience.... The location couldn't be better!! Just a short walk to the city hospital, close to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping centers. It was so clean and quiet, much better than downtown noise. Price-quality ratio was really perfect!

If I had to mention one negative thing.... shower slippers would have been a nice touch.... But really, it's a minor detail.

Perfect Stay in Lugano - Very close to the lake!

I recently stayed at this apartment in Lugano, and I truly enjoyed it! The location couldn't be more perfect – just steps away from the beautiful lake and only a short, pleasant walk to downtown Lugano. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The welcome coffee was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the air conditioning, which kept things cool and comfortable during the warm summer days. One of the standout features of this rental is the free garage parking. In a city where parking can often be a challenge, having a secure spot right at the apartment was a huge plus. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided lots of insider tips on the best things to see and do in Lugano. Their recommendations really helped me make the most of my time in this beautiful city. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lugano!

I wished there had been a small selection of board games or puzzles. While I certainly didn’t come to Lugano to stay inside, having a little extra entertainment on hand would have been a nice touch. But honestly, this is a very minor point in an otherwise fantastic stay!

A brand new apartment, properly equipped and big enough to host 4 people, everything you need was nicely prepared - a small balcony with a view on the mountains. A supermarket close by and the city center 15 minutes away by walking distance. Complementary parking available, important in Swiss tourist cities. We recommend 100%.

My stay at this rental apartment in Lugano exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire space was brand new, offering a fresh and modern atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The convenience of having free parking within the same building is a significant advantage, especially in a city like Lugano. The location is unbeatable, with the lake and the lido just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the beauty and activities of the area without the need for a car. I will book this property again on my next trip to Lugano!

The only downside was that there were no decaffeinated coffee capsules among the complimentary offerings. Everything else was perfect!

The best apartment I have stayed in Lugano!

I recently stayed at this brand-new apartment in Lugano, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The self-check-in process was very easy, with simple instructions. I just entered a code, and I was inside in no time. The location was also great, just a quick bus ride from the Lugano central train station. The free luggage storage on-site was also a big plus, letting me explore the city without worrying about my bags. The apartment itself was stunning, with decor that looked like it came straight out of a design magazine. The air conditioning was also a fantastic bonus, especially since it's rare in Lugano. What really stood out, though, were the hosts. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect, offering many helpful tips. Overall, my experience at this apartment was excellent. I’m already looking forward to booking it again on my next trip to Lugano!

Praticamente tutto, l’appartamento è molto accogliente dotato di tutto e si trova in una posizione centrale ad una passeggiata dal centro, c’è anche un supermercato vicino. Parcheggio sempre disponibile

Con il divano letto aperto ovviamente gli spazi si riducono sennò è molto vivibile. Forse il riscaldamento non è di facile gestione altrimenti nulla
