Spacious and cool, and amazing to have access to the hotel facilities while staying in cheaper self catering accommodation nearby. We loved staying here.
One of the windows in the main bedroom was broken; none of the tvs had digital access; and there was no real ice cube tray in the freezer. It would have been good to be shown an area to dry clothes since the apartment has a washing machine.

Io, mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina ieri siamo arrivati in zona Luino per due giorni di relax in una zona tattica vicino al Lago; siamo stati alla Casa Ortensia by Villa Porta Collection di Luino, un appartamento grande, molto bello, silenzioso e le ragazze alla reception sono state molto gentili e carine a consegnarci le chiavi dell'appartamento e darci tutte le varie info. Se in futuro saremo da queste parti per vacanze, sicuramente ritorneremo in questo nell'appartamento.
Piccolezza consigliamo alla struttura, di ampliare un po' gli utensili in cucina, dato che quando abbiamo cucinato la cena, mancava lo scolino per la pasta e un insalatiera.
