Nice clean rooms , spacious, no hairdryer or Aircon in the rooms and it was hot , did get a fan from the reception staff who where helpful, breakfast was nice , no vegan options,did ask for vegan yoghurt and they didn't have any .
Overall would stay again .
£10 a day to park Ur car though which I thought was expensive,

The room was absolutely lovely, the led lights were a nice touch but overall the room was way too dark.
The juice and coffee at breakfast were not very nice.
The pool was weirdly cloudy.

Great view of Victoria Quays from our junior suite. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, as most are. Otherwise, a good stay.

Amazing room and comfy bed. All newly refurbished. Lovely swans made on the bed with the towels. Used the pool and assume that area hasn’t finished been done yet - steam room needs refurbishing but sauna and swim were great. Bar at the back on the waterfront really nice.
