The comfort
There was no hot water

Loved location, facilities, in particular the pool.
High cost of parking and no guarantee of same meant that I had to find alternative parking.

Close to the train station and beside a shop, very close to the high street. Room was very spacious and quiet outside even with our window open. Comfy beds and huge tv

Location was good as we were close enough to the Ponds Forge centre, which we were attending for a karate tournament
The room and even the corridors were SO HOT! Window only opens a tiny crack and no air con. A tiny fan was provided which did nothing and we barely slept as the temperature of the room was too high, even though it wasn’t a hot day/night outside.
Also keep in mind the pool is only allowed 8 people in at once, so has to be pre-booked
