Convenient for the railway station and the convention centre. Clean and easy to get around hotel. Helpful staff.

Very central. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Decent pool area.
Rooms are a little tired. Breakfast was cold, so a total waste of money. We let the staff know and they were apologetic, and even replaced all the cooked breakfast items but the food was still barely lukewarm. Presumably the hot plates don’t work. Strongly recommend avoiding the hotel breakfast and trying the cafe in the Winter Gardens next door instead.

Great location in city centre.
Close to rail station.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Too few staff on for breakfast on a Sunday morning, meaning when breakfast items ran out, it took a while for them to be replenished.
