Edwin in the tavern was a great laugh and the best member of staff there. Made the hen do even better.

Great location for us, parking, room was pleasant, clean, modern. Good bathroom. Good value.
Ongoing works to reception area, very scruffy, like walking into a building site, but of course this will all be sorted eventually.

The room was very nice, there were works going on so it’s hard to give a full impression. The staff were nice, helpful and friendly.
Not enough parking and the breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel, no eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, also no croissants or pastries, and what was there was almost all gone. There was still an hour or service left. All the tables need clearing, it was disappointing.
We were told to park in the staff parking as no parking and for blocked in do had to wait 20 mins before we could leave.
