Easy to find, very clean and tidy, great facilities
Had a kettle and cups but no tea/coffee - honestly though didn’t need it as coffee machine downstairs so personally I’d just take the kettle and cups away x

Loved the quirkiness of the Pub , and key fob access was easy for after hours
Room 10 leaked road noise through the closed window.
Couldn’t get much in the way of water pressure from the hot tap in the shower room. There was a slight mustiness about room 10.
