The hotel was lovely, exceptionally clean and very well presented. Free onsite parking was a bonus! The onsite bar was lovely, all staff were polite and friendly

The only minor thing was limited coffee sachets/milk in the room for a morning brew.

Newly built and open. Lovely scent when walking in the door.. Friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms with extra little touches.

A lovely stay with good facilities and an amazing lunch!

Very modern, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was nice however the fruit selection was poor. I love fruit salad but the only cut up fruit was melon. There were grapes which looked like they were just for decoration touching the cheese. There were whole apples and bananas but my go to on every hotel stay is pastries with fresh fruit salad. The pastries were lovely and we enjoyed the full English breakfast. Big selection for breakfast just lacking cut, peeled and prepared fresh fruit.

Lovely modern decor, clean cut and fresh. Plenty of space and useful areas to set up for work, reading or writing. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel also has stunning breakfasts, absolutely worth ensuring that you grab one!

As the hotel is newer (6wks or so since opening), we were met with a few teething issues as to the collection of room service breakfast cards and the heating not being set up in the room; however, these slight hiccups were handled professionally and quickly! Excellent recovery by the staff on sight and these minor concerns simply no longer being a concern at all…. We were very impressed!

Mordern, Clean, Super comfy bed.

Lovely, modern, and tastefully decorated hotel. Very comfy bed. Very clean. Close to a supermarket, fish shop, and Boundary Outlet shopping. Close to Sheffield Business Park (20-ish minute walk).

Still some landscaping/building work outside. Noise wasn't an issue from this, but as I don't drive, it was quite dark, and it seems like you have to go out of your way to get into the hotel as the entrance is around the back. (Some stairs on the front grass banking would be ideal rather than the long walk around a street that currently doesn't have streetlights).

An enjoyable stay ans we will be back.

Location as expected which suited our needs. Staff very attentive and well trained, hotel condition excellent due to it's age, I am sure this standard will be maintained. Food offering good especially breakfast offering, standard very good.

Only one grouse, your coffee was not the best! Having spent 35 years in the coffee trade my comment would be check the setting on your machine first to ensure the correct dose is delivered, once that is set try alternative blends and grinds to gain a better result. Only my advice!!

Beautiful new hotel with great staff

Brand new hotel with a beautiful design and great attention to detail. Everything was very comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time — including our dog (they even have an adorable dog menu!) and friends visiting with young children, who were given activity books and colored pencils. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely attentive and careful with my food allergies. Everyone was kind and welcoming, with a special thank you to Lynn and Ethan for making our Christmas stay feel so warm and special.
