The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was an iron and hairdryer already in room which was helpful. The window was operable which is good as I often find hotel rooms too warm. It had all the facilities we required. It was the cheapest available when booking short notice.
The whole room didn't feel very clean: for me, the bed smelled a bit weird or greasy (or I just didn't like the detergent), the bathroom grout was also dirty with a couple of hairs around, and dirt gathered in corners. Generally there is poor maintenance of the spaces.
