The hotel room was fine. We particularly like the blackout curtains that made the room very dark when we went down to breakfast 20 minutes before it closed. Everything was gone with the exception of eggs and sausage and French toast. There were no bread, no oatmeal no juices.

Reserved the room so I could go out for new years celebration with friends and not have to worry about driving home 30 miles after drinking and it was in walking distance from where we we all meeting up. Nice place. So time came to get ready to go out... no hot water to shower , so i had to take a cold ass shower. Fast forward to the next morning.... I get up at 8:45am to go down for the continental breakfast and of course... no breakfast as i was told per the woman at the front desk at check in. So at thing point im that much more disappointed so i go back to my room to get a shower before I check out. Tell me why the **** there wasn't any hot water AGAIN!!! Hey, I couldn't complain about it to get a refund either because upon reservation of the room on this website it stated that the reservation was non refundable. I would not recommend this hotel or the hotels app after this experience

Get rid of the cheap ass toilet paper. At almost 200 a night, i should get better butt treatment than sand paper. And when known construction is going on, put people on the opposite side of the building! Room was very clean and cozy and the staff was great

No laundry service needed. Breakfast was cold and tasted bad I had to go back to the room it makes me sick to my stomach. Requested a fan last night never received it. The same lady that checked us in yesterday was the same person that checked me out. She didn't ask how was the stay or hope you enjoyed your stay nothing. Just not a friendly Clerk.

We stayed due to a concert at the Ford Center. The walk was safe and easy. The hotel had a great breakfast and coffee and tea available throughout your stay. The work factory looked nice as well as the pool. They had multiple outdoor seating areas. They staff we kind and professional. They had a limited menu but the turkey pesto sandwich was really good along with the chocolate chip cookies. They had a nice selection of sandwiches and snacks available 24 hours and both the turkey and ham sandwiches were tasty for an easy after concert snack. The hotel was modern and the room was great, somehow we ended up with a differ t room the.ln selected on the app but it worked out just fine.

The breakfast was not the greatest. I usually stay at places with free breakfast and it was not attended to very well by staff and the eggs were not great like had right angles as there were sitting in the serving dish and the fruit wasn’t as fresh as other places. One coffee server was full of cold coffee. Being picky but everything else was great. It was ok. Room was great shower was great. Towels were great pillows were great. Pool looked clean and weight room looked clean too. Didn’t use either. Nice lounge area where there were TVs and sitting. Not a high end hotel.
