Clean, warm, friendly staff great showers

We booked this as a last minute nights stay on our route driving from Spain back to London. Lovely clean, warm facilities. Comfortable beds and staff really lovely. Bonus it was dog friendly too We arrived late and needed to eat, they offer 3 course buffet for €27 the food available was a little cold from the hot plates. But the choice was good

Excellent value for families and in a great location for Futuroscope

The room was cleverly designed. Clean, and good value for money. The breakfast was very good value for money and the staff advised us of the best time to go to breakfast to avoid the rush. It was also an excellent location for Futuroscope. Although near a busy road, the room was quiet.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was ineffective which was a shame as the bathroom was otherwise good. Some shade in the car park would have been nice but not a deal-breaker.

A good budget hotel not far to the futuroscope site. Its our 2nd stay in this hotel and no problems. The bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.

Strangely the restaurant was closed on Saturdays and Sundays, when probably most needed. Plenty if options nearby. The breakfast was expensive for what was available.

Cheap accommodation within walking distance of Futuroscope.

Great location for a visit to Futuroscope. Free parking and walking distance to the park( quicker if you go round the back). On the same site as the Ibis hotel so benefits from a nice bar area and the option to use their restaurant ( for a few)

More towels would have been nice.

I had a need but nobody from Hotel was available even on the phone (unbelievable for the group Accor) and nobody form Booking could help on my needs. It is what it is, I'll not be reinboursed for the room paid for my colleague. If someone from Booking would like to understnad I'm willing to explain

good location, large accessible bedroom, comfortable

very handy for visiting futuroscope - a 10 min walk. it was also next door to the ibis hotel which had a large restaurant and bar. my husband is a wheelchair user so we had a large accessible bedroom - double bed and bunk beds for the kids.

the breakfast room was very small for the amount of people staying (high season).

Very poor my wife is gluten intolerant and only hard bread available beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were poor we left early as we got bed bugs my son was bitten and so was I we paid for 3 nights but stay for two no money back I said to cleaner but the language barrier was causing an issue it was so hot the air con was terrible

Perfectly functional and inexpensive hotel right next to the Futuroscope.

Perfectly located for the Futuroscope, just less than 10min walk. We had a family room for 4 which was ideal for us and our 2 kids. This is a modern Ibis budget, so you know what you are getting. Breakfast was good. The breakfast room us small, but it did work well. The staff was very nice. One real benefit is that it is connected to the neighbouring standard Ibis, so you are allowed to use their facilities: restaurant (good), bar and outdoor swimming pool. Carpark is free which is great, saving you the cost of the Futuroscope car park.

Keeping my expectations to Ibis Budget level, nothing to dislike.

A reasonably priced hotel with helpful staff, but poorly cleaned and with a pricey unexceptional breakfast.

It was well located, on our way to the North of France. The person at the desk, when we arrived, was lovely.

It was dirty (dusty, poorly cleaned, the sheets and towels were smelly).

The dinner was only buffet à volentée. There should be food at demand. Food was tasty.

Breakfast room was very small. I coul'd not take breakfast to room for my daughter's while I paid for both 2 days. My 4 breakfast was loss of money.

The rooms were s -1 floor which I didn't like. My children expected to top floor.

We have stayed before on our journey from Kent (UK) - easy to get to just off motorway. Felt safe with covid precautions.

The second bed (which was drop down) was uncomfrtable when getting in or out of. Once in fin, good mattress.
