Clean and modern, staff were very friendly
Meals were not being served, we booked here rather than a budget hotel assuming a restaurant.

The location was very good great to get back on the motorway
We were not advised that the restaurant would not be open on the sunday and that there was no where to walk to get a meal had to drive. Was told there was a pizza takeaway behind the other hotel so we took a walk across the industrial estate to find a vending machine 😡. The hotel receptionist was the only person working that day and he really did not want to be there was not much interested in interacting or making you feel welcome
