Hotel served it’s purpose but i wouldn’t stay there again

The location was very good great to get back on the motorway

We were not advised that the restaurant would not be open on the sunday and that there was no where to walk to get a meal had to drive. Was told there was a pizza takeaway behind the other hotel so we took a walk across the industrial estate to find a vending machine 😡. The hotel receptionist was the only person working that day and he really did not want to be there was not much interested in interacting or making you feel welcome

Too basic for a 4 star, but it was fine

Close to the main highway. Clean rooms. Had bikes to ride to a buffet restaurant, walking would have been too far. The parking lot was free and had many Tesla electric charges for electric cars. Close to the amusement park, although we didn't go there.

Take care if you arrive at weekend

Convenient location directly off the motorway. Good breakfast buffet. Dog friendly.

Property is showing its age, leaky windows in room letting both the cold and noise in. Restaurant not open during evenings at weekends, kind of annoying if after a long drive you want something good to eat. Miserable room service and vegetarians will likely go hungry. Bring your packed lunch / dinner if you plan on arriving during weekend. Hardly any resto alternative within vicinity of hotel.

Reservation Accepted and Money Taken Under False Pretences

Location just off motorway

We were sold our booking as a hotel reservation and we’re not advised of anything different. When we arrived in the early evening restaurant in and bar was closed and no staff were on duty with the exception of a teenager with a keyboard checking you in from a seat. There was no other staff and no service being provided. As the restaurant was closed and no dinner service was available other than in the room I decided just to make myself a hot drink. There was no milk so I tried calling room service who did not pick up. I called the hotel outside line from my mobile to request milk to be brought to my room. Another teenager arrived with a cup of coffee. In the morning the restaurant was busy with guests attending breakfast so there was absolutely no excuses for lack of staff or facilities the previous evening. I could’ve booked a room only somewhere else at a fraction of the price. We have used this hotel many times without issue, we won’t return.

Good location accessible from the motorway. Plenty of facilities in the area. Nice outdoor swimming pool and common areas. Fridge in the room.

The family room has one bed (very comfortable) plus a not-so-comfortable noisy bed-sofa. I was a bit disappointed that our family room was on the semi-underground floor. Some lights in the room were not working.

good location and clean, although the restaurant needs more attention to detail in all areas.

location and electric chargers so very convenient. looked nice and clean recently refurbished which was nice, sadly we arrived after the pool closed so the kids couldn’t use the pool.

the restaurant menu only being available in French language and other languages not available. fortunately one of the staff assisted us so we could choose our food from the menu. other restaurant staff should consider using hygiene products as they didn’t smell very nice when walking past or when delivering our food. food was over priced and poorly presented on a plate even a combination of over cooked and under cooked chips on our plates! this is a very basic food to fry and should be fresh at all times, along with other foods on the menus. menus should be reviewed I’m our opinion for the cost of some of the dishes so you feel you get better value and choice of dish.

as a family with a young baby of 6 months limited choice to eat in evening could only eat after 7. difficult with exhausted baby so didn’t end up eating there. dirty bathroom, noisy room by lift hearing people coming in late at night.
