Good posiition from motorway and excellent food in restaurant.

Hotel perfect for passing through motorway access. Buffet dinner and breakfast perfect! Addition of kettle in room excellent as we like our cup of tea.

Bathroom and toilet would benefit from update and loo replaced. (smelly)

Bed linen was clean but scratchy, rooms are small, the evening buffet was expensive for what it was, the chips were cold!

Mediocre hotel only plus is proximity to Futuroscope

The proximity to Futuroscope only 10 min waking distance. This is the only reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast buffet was ok, lounge area could be nice for hanging out in the evening (also because hôtel is in the middle of nowhere) but he has a large and noisy group staying during our stay so it was not enjoyable.

Very basic rooms, small but especially very noisy you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. Not the hotels specific fault but we had noisy people upstairs at night. Also most of the staff was nice but one particular woman that checked us in in the evening was rude and unhelpful. Would not stay again becuase honestly was not that cheap so not even good value for money in my opinion.

Location to destination was great.

Only 2 complaints was there was only 1 desk chair in a room for 3 people. Also the price for meals is much too expensive for what you get. The quality of the food is not very good either.

I didn't sleep on the first night so I asked to be moved to a quieter/cooler room, it was no better!

The staff tried their hardest.

There was no sound proofing. The air conditioning pumped out warm air! The rooms were smaller than a 5 man tent!

The property was in a great location for our journey through France and was pet friendly which was essential for us. We arrived late and the staff were really helpful in helping us get something to eat as the restaurant was closing and showing us to our room. The facilities are simple but offer everything you need and there was plenty of space for us to exercise our dog after a long day of travelling.

proximity to Futuroscope, easy access from the motorway

reception staff didn’t direct us to our rooms or tell us where the child’s bed was that I ordered for 1 of the rooms. The food in the restaurant wasn’t very good. The only vegetarian option on the menu wasn’t available and the staff were unable to tell us which of the prepared salads where actually vegetarian. The duty manager on the day we checked out did actually discount out bill though.
