Don’t believe the « facilities » list in booking.com

Location

Room was extremely warm during some Indian summer days. Hotel advertised air conditioning. After checking into room, air con not working. Unbearably warm. Window was on a very busy street. Staff said aircon was not available in October although no conditions listed in their booking.com listing. We asked for refund but they said they wouldn’t charge us & we needed to contact booking.com. (No clear way to contact booking.com). Dirty & torn rugs in reception area.

Won’t stay at this hotel again, poor service and no food

Stayed here last year and we had a great stay, hence why we booked for this year, but what a difference a year makes.

No food available and the receptionist was more interested in reading her book and being on her phone than she was in paying guests.

We’re English and we only use loose tea in a tea pot. If we make tea in a mug we use a tea bag. It wasn’t really a problem, just the only thing I could think of!

The room was very good. Easy access from the autoroute. Quiet room perfect for our on the road overnight stay.

The breakfast was a bit sparse for 17€. I was really hoping for a real flaky French croissant but these were more bread like. The fresh fruit salad was basically pineapple and orange which is too acidic for me first thing. Berries, apple and banana would’ve been nice.

Awful food spoiled the stay not worth paying extra for the hotel. Staff and room nice

Room was nice and people were friendly. Location was good

The restaurant, the evening meal was appalling it was so bad we went to McDonalds instead. Other guests were ordering food in. Breakfast was mediocre. A shuttle bus option to Futurescope would have been really useful. The safe malfunctioned with our things in and wouldn't opened, the staff were helpful and got it open for us but it took while and made us late

The staff in the reception are rude At the time of check out I just needed few minutes to arrange my bag but they charged me for it !! I’ve never face any other hotels in Europe with this attitude! whenever you asked for water you are the one who need to go down and get it they don’t have any room service. I select it because it’s near from the Futuroscope park but I realized it’s not that close to the park and there are other hotels closer and cheaper and maybe with better communication
