Location is best, in fact a lot of tourists stop to take photos of this house :D It offers plenty of room distributed over 4 levels. The nice host won't ever let you down, customers satisfaction is highest priority :)

Excellent apartment in the heart of Rovinj

Check in was smooth and the owner was very welcoming, apartment was in perfect condition and we got a ton of information about the area. Everything is within walking distance and there are a lot of great cafés and restaurants only a few meters away. The rooftop is breathtaking, definitely recommend

Location was great, very clean and spacious.

One of the bedrooms is a fold out sofa, FYI. To get down from the top bedroom you have to walk through the sofa bed bedroom which is a problem if they want to sleep in.

A good location in a romantic town

Very good location in old town on a relatively quiet pedestrian street. Rovinj is fantastic for just walking especially in the evenings. The roof terrace (views onto other building roofs and partial sea view) was nice for morning coffee or evenings. Lots of space overall. There is a living room on the second level which we didn't even use. The beds are firm the way we like them. Good air conditioning, and good natural ventilation. Furnishings are basic and traditional but functional.

Each evening we could smell cigarette smoke on the lowest level of the apartment, the kitchen/dining room, we assume it was coming from an adjacent apartment, we did not smell it in other floors. This apartment is spread over 4 levels, so lots of stairs, but we got used to it. The kitchen is a bit dark but there are plenty of lights. The main bathroom , on the bottom level, is small. Parking is not convenient. The hosts assistant, Zlatko, helped us put the car into a nearby paid parking lot temporarily while we checked in but then we moved it to a free lot which was a 20 minute walk away - it was a little confusing finding it, perhaps a pre-printed map from the host would help. Church bells at 7:30am from St, Euphemia but the whole town hears them so there is no avoiding it.
