The Waterfront location and the view was one of a kind and really rare in Rovinj, since it’s completely car free ! The love and attention to detail in every corner of this beautiful space ! The kind host Stephan who responded all our tourist questions quite promptly and kindly !

We will go back for sure to this apartment! Felt like home.
Hey, it's a really really great apartment for a group of friends. We had a fabulous time there and we will go there again. The host is super responsive, caring, and always on the line. We never had any problems. You have everything you need, kitchen set up even had a mocca for coffee. The beds are great and comfortable, the apartment is super clean. The location is perfect.

Exceptional
Great location with easy walking distance to attractions, small compact apartment with very well-equipped kitchen. All the appliances look new and work great. Host is responsive. Note that Google Maps gave the wrong directions. There is a view of the water but only from the window in the kitchen/living room.
There is a bright lamp outside of one of the room making it hard to sleep if you don’t sleep with a face mask. Switch for the hot water heater is next to the bathroom switch and easy to accidentally switch off without realizing and it takes quite some time for the water to heat up if you run out of hot water in the shower.
