location, beach amd restaurants nearby

there was not enough hooks to hang your wet stuff, there was not any bottle of water listed among the amenities, an electric kettle was also missing, the street was noisy in the late and early hours

Enjoyed our stay in Rovinj. Recommend the facility

Apartments were clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic - close to restaurants and beach - but far enough away that we were not bothered by the noise and busy walkways.

Long walk from parking and at times parking was not available. Pulling a suitcase over the cobble stone walkways was a challenge. If you are not in shape - arrange for transport. Also, had to buy toilet paper as only one roll was provided.

The host welcomed us at 12 o’clock even though check in was at 15.

Wifi signal was very poor, we could use internet only from 2 points in the whole apartment. Every morning we were woken up by the bells from the church at 07:30, also seagulls are very loud.

Old town location

Kitchen basic, No kettle, no additional bedroom, no wardrobe to leave your clothes, no hangers for towels. Next to the restaurant and coffee bar so very noisy until early hours. there was no coffee mugs, apparently previous guests took it 🤔

The location is fantastic, in the center but quite. Very well renovated with good choice of details. Pictures reflect reality. I would come back and strong recommend. A great way to live Rovinj!

Alles in Allem unfassbar, sehr unfreundliche Gastgeber und unseriös!!!

Nur die Lage

Finger weg von dieser Agentur und Unterkunft MARCO POLO! Das ist der reinste Betrug! Igor Petrovic ist der Manager Direktor dieser Unterkunft. Wir sind aus München angereist. Nachdem wir notgedrungen aufgrund eines lebensgefährlichen kaputten Fensterns ausziehen mussten (was beim Einchecken vom Gastgeber vorab nicht kontrolliert wurde), war Igor Petrovic und seine Assistentin Alessia sehr unfreundlich und nicht im geringsten kooperativ uns ein anderes Appartement anzubieten. Die Scherben des kaputten Dach-Fensters wären beinahe in das Gesicht eines der Kinder gefallen, wenn ich nicht dazwischen gesprungen wäre um das Fenster wieder zu schließen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 kleine Kinder und somit am nächsten Tag auf der Straße und mussten notgedrungen kurzfristig eine neue Unterkunft organisieren. Das war noch nicht alles, nun sind 3 Wochen ins Land gezogen und wir haben bis heute unser Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekommen, obwohl Igor Petrovic es uns zugesichert hatte. Das ist der reinste Betrug! Nun hat sich Igor Petrovic die vollen 3 Übernachten bezahlen lassen und behauptet wir hätten diese Unterkunft nie storniert. Obwohl Booking.com eine Mail vom 18.6.25 mit dem Storno von uns vorliegt. Auch die Bilder stimmen im übrigen auf der Website von Booking.com mit seiner Unterkunft nicht in Gänze überein! Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist mehr als dürftig. Im ganzen Appartement gab es noch nicht einmal einen Kleiderschrank. Die Koffer konnten gar nicht ausgepackt werden. Booking.com interessiert sich nicht für die Fakten sondern beruft sich nur auf die Aussage der Agentur obwohl ihnen sämtliche Dokumentationen wie Bilder und die Stornierung vorliegt. Ganz schwache Leistung von Booking.com! Nach über 30 Jahren etlichen Urlauben in Rovinj waren das die unfreundlichsten Gastgeber und somit die schlechteste Erfahrung ever! Nun sind wir gezwungen rechtliche Schritte gegen die Agentur einzuleiten.
