Right at the edge of the historic district, tucked inside the pedestrian only area- fantastic launching point if you are walking around the old town. Large accommodations with 3 bedrooms- 2 of which serve couples/adults nicely with large beds and large bathrooms. Third one is great for kids. Very comfortable, well appointed inside apartment, spacious. Kitchen, nice patio overlooking active square/restaurants. Old charm.
On the 2nd level, immediately above a store and a restaurant. Music ended at maybe 1am and started again at 8am from below. Old building had its drawbacks beyond noise control- there was a large leak from apartment above which broke thru ceiling and made couch, rug, our items in the area, and living room soaking wet for days- started to get really musty smelling. Host was alerted right away but didn't clean it up or do anything to help dry it out. We put pasta pots to catch water and used towels best we could for them. Living room was unusable for us. Also the power was cut/out for the main living space for most our stay. Luckily laundry and kitchen still worked. Very challenging to get to your car- make sure to pack lightly. Arrival was confusing and cumbersome with kids and luggage- leave lots of extra time.

I completely loved this accommodation. It was so well equipped and so comfy that I have zero things to complain about. Beds were VERY comfortable, when we closed windows and shutters, the room was completely dark and quiet so you could sleep long. The AC had very good location, it didnt blow directly on us. We stayed 6 people in this apartment and all 6 of us were 100% satisfied. Apart from the apartment, we loved the terrace, we prepared for us best breakfast in Rovinj there!

Fantastic Location, multiple toilets & bathrooms . Balcony was great in good weather. 1 set of stairs to go up. Bar and bakery next door. In the most stunning town of Rovinj with so many great food options.

The location is absolutely perfect - in the middle of the old town, very close to everything that one wants to see in Rovinj. The apartment is cozy, nicely furnished, the kitchen has every appliance you need. There are three (and a half) bathrooms, so this part is also comfortable. The agency is very responsive, if you need something (like an extra set of keys, if the family does not always stick together). The owner prepared a detailed description of the apartment and the neighborhood, which was really helpful. Every apartment owner should do this!
The street noise and the noise from the restaurant right beneath the apartment is a bit disturbing. (Luckily, the restaurant stops the noise before 11pm).
