Very satisfying experience after all 😊

Clean, quiet, spacious, warm, hosts so friendly 😊

Too hot tap watter, I slightly burned my hands twice 🫣 Heating temp. should be decreased. Kitchen is a bit small and no teflon pan is available

2 week stay at lovely apartment

Lovely host, apartment was very clean and loved the welcome wine and sweets. Very kind thought. Lovely sat outside the apartment as it was peaceful. Great that we had parking on site too. Very thoughtful of host gave us a parting gift of a bottle of wine and olive oil.

The only negative which wasn't really a negative for us but it's probably a 20 minute walk to the old town but we were happy with that as we like the peace of being further out of town. Obviously only a negative if less mobile.

Apartment close to the beach in quiet area

The apartment is in a perfect location, in a quiet and safe area. It’s very clean and spacious, with a beautiful garden and free private parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, as the mattress felt very worn. We ended up sleeping on the couch instead, but that wasn’t much better. There were no mosquito nets on the terrace door or windows, so when we left them open the first night for fresh air, bugs came in—including a small scorpion. It would also be very convenient to have a washing machine.

Wonderful!

Wonderful stay, great location and the best part was Mila's hospitality. We loved our stay and couldn't believe the beach was only an easy 10 minute walk.

Everything was great, there was AC in the living room, but some fans in each room would help when there are extreme temps like we experienced.

Great location, close to a very nice park where I could take my dog. Pretty nice interior, and nice desk outside of the door.

There was no mosquito net on the windows, so with fresh air the blood suckers also came in. Because the thickness of building structure, some noises could be heard above me.

Lovely experience in Rovinj.

Host was very friendly and helpful. She offered us use of washing machine with laundry detergent. Plenty of room, qiet setting. Just two blocks to a grocery store or bakery. Pleasant walk to the center of old town. Close restaurants. Off-road parking on site.

The apartment is located in a very cozy area, 10 mins from the beaches by walk and around 10-15 mins by walk from the city center. We had secure parking in the house yard. The hosts were very friendly, we were greeted with a bottle of Croatian wine and sweets. The apartment was very clean and pretty big with a nice terrace. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors. The apartment is dog-friendly which was very important for us. Our dog had space in the yard to run and play with another host dog :) We've been to Rovinj for 3 times now and this was the best apartment we've been to. We will definitely come back.

It was alright. Can't complain

Location, nice host, lots of space, 2 balconies. The location is a 12 minute walk to Mulini beach, but we preferred Cuvi beach much more, which was a 20 minute walk or so away. If you don't mind driving 7 minutes down the road (or biking in 10 minutes), go to Resort Villas Rubin which is definitely the nicest area with sun and shade with free parking. I would recommend doing a day trip or half day dolphin excursion with Stupica boat tours. That's a really nice family and they give you beer and shots. From Apartments Paulino, the Church in Rovinj is a 25 minute walk depending on how fast you are. I would highly recommend going just before sunset and bring a camera. There's also a bakery right up the street, plenty of restaurants nearby (definitely get pizza at Pizza Uno, a 15 minute walk).

A great place to have a wonderful rest in Rovinj!

Many thanks to host Radmila, she is a wonderful, hospitable person! The apartment is comfy, spacious and cosy. There is a big terrace where we spent evenings drinking wine and looking at the stars and the Moon! The location is brilliant, there is 10 minutes walk to Mulini beach, Cuvi beach is not far from the apartment too. A big supermarket (Konzum) is on 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center is in 15 minutes walk. The neighborhood is silent there is nothing to disturb you sleep except seagulls sometimes in the morning. When we come to Rovinj again we will stay at this apartment!

Lovely apartment in a good location

Great host, really friendly and helpful! The apartment itself was really clean, well equipped and spacious. It’s located at 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre on one side and several beaches on the other but both are even more easily reached with a bike available at the property free of charge.

Not for people who want to avoid going uphill (that goes for the whole city though!).

Super cool place

Nice, clean and comfortable apartments with great terrace where you can have breakfast or just relax and drink wine. Landlady is wonderful! You can take bicycles for free to have a ride. There are a lot of bicycle roots. Welcome drink and chocolate:) Beautiful location, definitely recommend!

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und täglich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Es gab sogar ein kleines Geburtstagsgeschenk sowie eines bei der Abreise. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß und top ausgestattet, perfekt für zwei Personen. Ein Stellplatz im Freien ist auch vorhanden. In die Altstadt benötigt man etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß Ein Strand (Mulini) ist ab 10 Minuten erreichbar; der schönere Strand (Cuvi) in rund 20 Minuten
