Lovely location needs some money spent on it, to feel clean, safe and comfortable.

Location suited us well, right in the heart of old Rovinj

Needed some TLC. Felt in need of updating. Shower room was dark, shower head had a mind of its own, loo needed to be switched off otherwise flushed continuously, important labels for boiler not clear. ( no guide to appliances in the flat) Communal space again tired, poor lighting, kitchen hob got scarily hot and not safe for unfamiliar users. No hooks for clothes, minimal storage in the flat. Web pictures unclear, reviews amazing. I suspect flat 9 is not as renovated as others in the block, but costs all the same.

Way too much money for what we got

The window view

The furniture is old, but not vintage, just old. The smell in the house is like everything is wet. It was impossible to have dry towels. The owner stated that there is parking place, but there was no parking place. The beds are for small people from Lilliput. The terrace by the see is always in shades, never sunny. The bathroom had bad lights.

Al di là della posizione fantastica e assolutamente unica anche nel contesto rovignese (si può accedere al mare direttamente da una scala della meravigliosa terrazza in rocce naturali), gli appartamenti non somigliano per niente ai bed and breakfast seriali che si incontrano dappertutto: i mobili sono di vero legno antico, danno l'idea di cosa fosse una casa istriana nel Novecento. Nelle stanze c'è tutto quello che serve, tutto funziona ed è adatto. Le comunicazioni con i gestori sono veloci e puntuali, se possono aiutano l'utente con le sue esigenze. C'è privacy e nelle vicinanze è possibile soddisfare ogni bisogno. E poi, appunto, c'è il mare. Che viene prima, e non dopo: qui più che da altre parti. È la seconda volta che dimoro qui, e sono certo che ci tornerò.

Gemütliche Nächte mit wunderbarem Sonnenuntergang direkt auf der Terrasse!

Super Lage mit eigenem Zugang zum Meer - ruhiges Haus in einer Sackgasse und sehr ruhige Möglichkeit zu baden. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Direkt am Meer mit direktem Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang!

Pěkný dům v super lokalitě !!!

Vybavení apartmánu a terasy. Pěkný dům v krásné lokalitě u moře ve starém městě, bohužel zařízení apartmánu č.8 hodnotím jako kýčovitý nevkus všeho možného. Vstup na terasu po schodech bych přirovnal ke špinavému skladu, který se neuklízel několik let. Na terase pro všechny apartmány pouze dvě lehátka a několik nevyhovujících židlí. Je škoda, že tak krásný dům nesplňuje požadavky na ubytování v 21.století

city full of history, the perfect alternative to Italy

Location right on the seashore. There is the possibility of swimming in the sea as soon as you leave the house. The sea is practically under the window. There is a specially arranged staircase so you can go down to the sea. . You can combine swimming, lying on the sunh and visiting a city full of history.

Wir kommen wieder, aber nur bei Temperaturen unter 30 Grad.

Die Lage direkt am Meer war ein Traum. Der Ausblick war gigantisch. Der Zugang zum Meer ist einfach purer Luxus. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Weg zum nächsten kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft dauert nur ein paar Minuten.

Unser Apartment hatte keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad wichtig wäre. Die Gartenstühle Liegen waren überwiegend kaputt. Übergabe des Parktickets erst im Haus. (Man braucht erst einen anderen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz um zum Haus zu kommen, wo dann das Parkticket für einen anderen Parkplatz liegt).

Area in town was nice and some nice restaurant. One cafe had the worst breakfast and iced coffee.

Location was ok…need to be mindful of slippery pavers if you have trouble walking.

Room wasn’t ready until 8pm! Check in time was guaranteed by 5pm, which is relatively late compared to other accommodation. Housekeeper was still cleaning room and was not ready until 8pm. We have never had this issue with other accommodation. There was no recompense for the check in issue.

Beautiful old property with amazing Adriatic views from apt #4.

The location is quite good. We stayed in Apt 4 which directly looks over the Adriatic: no need to go anywhere for the sunset view because you'll see it from the 2 windows that face that way. The place is very easy to find and is in a great convenient location in the old city. Seems very safe. It was very quiet at night as well. The owners were very responsive via the app.

It looks like either the public sewer that services the property or the property itself has a bit of a plumbing problem. There were some occasions where the place seemed quite stinky with sewer gas bubbling up through the traps. We heard it often in the kitchen sink trap. They do have an abundance of air diffusers in each of the bathrooms plus I did inform them of the issue. I do hope they can sort that out soon though because that could be a sign of a major problem about to show up for the property. Apart from that, we had a very nice stay.

I loved the view on the sea and the position in the city. I believe is difficult to find a better place in Rovinj. I loved the terrace on the sea, a place where you can chill out at the end of the day.

LA VERA...."VISTA MARE"

Il piu' bel risveglio di sempre. Dalla finestra della camera da letto (ma anche da tutte le altre presenti) si vede il mare, o meglio si sta proprio a picco su di esso. Sembra quasi di stare su una nave. La notte poi si sente il rumore delle onde infrangersi .......una meraviglia. L'appartamento si raggiunge dal centro con una piacevole passeggiata nei vicoletti di circa 10 minuti . E' pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort sia in cucina che nelle camere e nei bagni. C'erano prese elettriche dappertutto quindi nessun problema per collegare smartphone, pc o altro. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato le stufette accese in tutte le camere il che devo dire e' stato piacevole. La terrazza sul mare poi e' una vera chicca. Apri una porta e come per magia ti ritrovi sull'acqua. La terrazza e' condivisa con gli altri ospiti, ma visto il periodo , eravamo noi gli unici ospiti di tutto lo stabile e ce' la siamo goduti appieno avendo potuto anche utilizzare i mobili da giardino forniti dalla struttura. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo per un altro po' di relax fuori stagione. Ah, per il parcheggio fino al 31 marzo quello al centro costava solo 0,50 cent all'ora quindi abbiamo lasciato li l'auto. Ma gia' dal primo aprile il prezzo sale a 2 euro l'ora, per poi arrivare a 3.50 euro l'ora nei mesi estivi. Il locatore pero' ci aveva inviato una mappa per arrivare ad un parcheggio gratuito sempre li vicino, ma come gia' detto, per 0,50 all'ora abbiamo preferito lasciarla a quello al centro.

A noi e' piaciuto cosi'.

The location of the property cannot be beat! The outdoor (shared) terrace was the best. Even though it is shared there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Posizione tranquilla, ma in pieno centro. Vista sul mare spettacolare. Appartamento pulito, accogliente e fornito di tutto. Siamo stati benissimo.

Essendo in centro, non è possibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze, ma bastano 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il più vicino parcheggio a pagamento. Un po' di più per parcheggio gratuito.

Most disappointing place compared to descriptions online.

Situation in Old Town was good

Accommodation was sub standard. Hallway smelled bad. Bed linen old and didn’t look too clean. Serious lack of towels. Only one small window in one bedroom that could not be opened very often due to lack of fastenings for shutters.

Csodálatos szállás, ajánlom mindenkinek.

Az ablakon kinézve, szószerint az ablak alatt hullámzó viharos tenger látványa páratlan, semmihez sem fogható. Hálóban az ágy nagyon kényelmes, konyha szuperül felszerelt. A masszív, németes fa bútorok nagyon tetszettek.

A nappaliban az étkezőasztal felett a lámpát menyezeti lámpára kellene cserélni, mert kétszer beütöttem a fejem, pedig átlagosan magas vagyok. A piros kanapé a nappaliban csereérett a szaga és foltok alapján. Ezt a két apró technikai dolgot leszámítva a szállás minden tekintetben szuper volt!
