Location is great - near to the beach and seaside bars and restaurants, yet very quiet. My room had access to a small private part of the garden, which was nice since some rooms don't have a balcony at all. But it would need more shade (a simple sun umbrella woud do).
Old fridge with no working freezer function, bed mattres falls through if you sit at the wrong spot, no sun umbrella for sitting outside (there is only partial natural shade), no guaranteed parking on the site (but there is free public parking nearby). Even though they accept credit cards for payment, the terminal doesn't work when you want to pay - and instead of trying to fix it they just ask you to get cash from an ATM.
