This stunning villa is located in Rovinj, only about one kilometer from the sea. The traditional stone walls of the villa conceal a completely renovated luxurious interior with modern furniture. Colorful details add to the luxurious feel, which is evident as soon as you enter the villa. It is a single-storey house and can accommodate a maximum of 4+1 guests, making the villa the perfect choice for a relaxing family vacation. In this villa you will find a luxurious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From here you have direct access to the kitchen and outdoor dining area. The two bedrooms in light grey colors and colorful details, add to the relaxing feeling. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. From the bath you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding area. This villa has a large garden with private pool surrounded by stunning nature and is the ideal choice for those looking to escape the stresses of everyday life. For added comfort, there is a lovely bench next to the barbecue in the garden as well as 2 lazy bags and a children's playground. You will find equipment for badminton and water polo in the villa. However, if you want to go on an excursion and explore the surroundings, you can rent bicycles, jet skis, yachts and sports cars in agreement with the owners.The stunning Villa Dioniz is only 1 km away from the sea in Rovinj. Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Dioniz. Die Villa selbst ist traumhaft und auch traumhaft ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und es fehlt an nichts. Der sehr grosse Garten mit grossem Pool ist zum relaxen wie geschaffen. Ferner verfügt das Haus über eine Innen, wie auch einer Aussenküche mit Grillplatz. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Vermieterinnen Ina und Vana waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu dem wirklich herzlichen Empafang gab es Kuchen und auch der Kühlschrank war mir diversen Getränken bestückt. Wir können diese Villa wirklich nur empfehlen, wir haben uns toll erholt und jede Minute genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Superbe endroit au calme et loin de l agitation. L endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Tout est au top ainsi que l accueil de notre hôtesse. La cuisine extérieure et le grand jardin entièrement muré, sont particulièrement agréables. On y a passé un excellent séjour.
