Great value for money. Close to beach. Private terrace with grill was wonderful.

Host was really helpful and welcoming. Apartment was very clean with all necessary utilities.

Next time we would rather opt for room with air condition. Apartment itself is situated on the ground and in the shadow of terrace, which made good, colder climate inside. However, it was not sufficient during 35 degrees C.

Igor is a nice guy and the apartment was nice. a beach is just around the corner with a nice view on Rovinj. excellent price for value. we would come back again.

Excellent family holiday at a great host!

Location is great - excellent beaches and restaurants nearby. The owner Igor is very friendly, great host! Everything is ideally clean, kitchen has everything you need, including bags, tablets for dishwasher, etc. In case you need anything - Igor will bring it to you (we asked for a grill and got it)

Fabulous place to stay, especially if you have a dog.

Right outside the terrace was a park and once a few of the neighborhood children could meet and play with our dog, they would come and call him. Then ask if Prince could come out and play. This was totally unexpected and made everything just that much better. There were more dogs in the building than people! For travelers with dogs, this place was the best.

The mattress could have been stiffer. But that was minor. The kitchen had high quality pans, knives and the like. Normally in places like this it is always leftover stuff. Not here. I didn't like going home.

Exceptional

Nice, quiet location, very close to the beach and with big taras from which between trees there is a sea view and second small one with quiet street view, well equipped kitchen (even I found a Knife Sharpening Steel). Igor is very friendly and very helpful host , he give us direction where to eat and what is worth seeing.

Ruhige, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Strandnähe

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung und der Blick vom Balkon sind phantastisch. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Vorort von Rovinj, die Anfang November fast ausgestorben war. Glücklicherweise hatte um die Ecke der Konsum geöffnet. WIr sind täglich vom Vogelgezwitscher fröhlich und sanft geweckt worden. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und der Vermieter (sowie die nebenan wohnende Schwester) äußerst hilfsbereit.

Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war leider ein Durchgangszimmer. Das 2. Schlafzimmer leider nicht mit Airconditioniong ausgestattet, sondern nur mit Ventilator. Da es nachts schon recht kalt war, haben wir hier eine Heizung vermisst. Ansonsten war alles bestens.
