Great location, nice clean room and enjoyable stay.

Great location close to town centre. Well equipped clean room with aircon, washing machine enough utensils and cutlery.

The aircon didnt operate well the first night and was quite hot inside the apartment. There could be more coffee/tea sachets as complimentary. There were only two.

We got a bit of a fright when we pulled up in front of a huge hole in the ground (where a building clearly used to be) and then the agent who was dropping us said 'here we are' and the door he opened was in the building that used to be joined to the one that was no more! There were still metal bits and broken bricks coming out of the side of the building - I wasn't sure if the whole place was going to fall apart ... but thankfully it was lovely inside and the walls stood fast.

Very nice apartment!

You can very clearly hear your house neighbors “having fun”. Got almost no sleep, which of course ruined the stay. Left a day early even though the night was paid already, it was that bad. They did however offer us a relocation that we denied.

Lovely comfortable stay right next to the old town of Rovinj.

Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the old town of Rovinj. Restaurants, coffeeshops, and local fresh market nearby. Although we only stayed one night / 2 days in Rovinj we couldn't pick a better stay.

Everything was well, as described in the listing.

First time in Rovinj

The location was good. We liked the terrace and the view. Parking is a private lot about 15 minutes walk. They take you to your apartment and pick you up via golf cart which was great. This apartment had no coffee, cream, sugar, etc. All of our other apartments provided some.

The apartment was under the roof so you had to be careful not to hit your head when getting out of bed. It was small, but fine for our visit

Comfortable stay close to the port

Great location, close to the port for Venezia Lines. The communication was over WhatsApp which made it easy to find the accommodation and get the keys and ask any questions. The accommodation is very spacious and despite there being a road and restaurant outside we didn't hear any noise with the windows closed. The shutters helped keep the room dark at night. The place was nicely decorated and the shower was large, warm and had a good pressure.

The mattress on the main bed was a bit too soft and you can feel the frame in the sofa bed. There were signs of mould on the ceiling of the bathroom (had no window just a fan) Not a large choice of TV channels.

Great apartment with exceptional rooftop terrace in a fantastic location

We loved the rooftop balcony with view of the old town. The location was great, very close to everything but still quiet. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to direct requests but did not respond to booking.com messages during our stay. We loved to be able to park at the Avior office for 10 EUR a night. It's a little bit of a hike if you need your car during your stay but totally doable. They deliver you and your luggage and pick you up when you leave. We loved the updated bathroom, A/C worked very well despite being in a rooftop apartment. The two lounge chairs and two regular chairs and a table on the roof top terrace plus a drying rack were awesome. Very private.

The roof is slanted in the bedroom, tall people should not book this particular apartment. The sink and shower were very slow draining and the wifi kept going in and out. It worked well at times and then kicked us off again. The rooms safes were locked, hopefully these issues will be fixed. If you have any issues, contact Avior directly by phone or in person. We loved the roof terrace but so do the pidgeons. Be aware of leaving anything uncovered there.

Amazing romantic nest with beautiful view overlooking old Rovinj

Location is really good, positioned in the old part of town, overlooking the old city centre and sea. The apartment has a lovely terrace, where you can sunbathe or enjoy a nice meal. But beware, since seagulls will try to steal all unattended food or even worse, bombard your event with their "bombs." The team of Avior Rovinj is really amazing, nice and attentive. We were here second time and we were very happy. Everything is on time and as agreed beforehand.

Everything cool. There was one mishap with a seagull, but that could only be saved with a roof over terrace.

Amazing location and easy to access restaurants at walking distance. The rooms are nice and has everything you need. The master bed was comfortable and nice. The bathrooms are clean and have quick amenities you need.

1: They have lot of properties, so finding yours can be tricky. After couple of calls , we had someone come and walk us to the room. 2: The booking details say :parking available. Please dont misunderstand this as FREE parking. The local parking near the bay will cost you 16Euro for the night. The one hotel offers is for 10Euro, and they have a shuttle to pick and drop you to the parking. I think the booking page should clearly say PAID Parking, rather than only saying Parking available. Cause when you set filter in your search and look for free parking this meets the criteria which is wrong. 3: The third bed is a sofacumbed. The foam needs to be changed. Sleeping on it can give you a sore back the next day. 4: The shower has a leak and sprayed water in the entire bathroom. Feedback note left with the key during checkout
