A great apartment. Be careful upstairs as it is an A-Frame. At 1,93 M, I hit my head in the upstairs bedroom.

A gem in the heart of old town.

The property is inside old town, tastefully renovated, very spacious and super comfortable with modern amenities. We especially liked the fact that we could park for free at their management office and was driven to the property in a buggy. This saves you the hassle of paying or looking for available parking and lugging luggage yourself!

Amazing!

The accomodation was modern, very clean and spacious in a wonderful quiet part of the old town. The host was super helpful with our luggage and parking and the check in and check out process was easy. We wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

It was very difficult to find property inside old town due to poor Google reception. A map would be helpful.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, cozy and comfortable. The staff for checkin and transport to and from the apartment were friendly and helpful. The location is very close to everything, but on a quiet, less traveled street, so it is quiet.

The check in was very easy, they called me to make sure I knew they were there until 8pm and then called me again to see if I was going to make it before that time. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it was easy to get to it with the explanations he gave me. Very cool decoration. It is very well located, close to everything.

Even though the heat was on, it didn't warm up too much, but since it is not super cold and the bed had good bedspreads on it, it was good enough.

The house is located in the old center. Which is in the middle of all the nice places. All the facilities in the room are really nice. A good bed, hairdryer and iron available.

Perfect location next to beautiful square in Rovinj old town!

The apartment was new and spacious, located next to a beautiful square in the heart of the old city centre. Location was perfect for exploring the city center in the evenings.

The bathroom although new, had some small scratches and seemed to have been treated pretty rough by other guests.

Nice location terrible management and broken facilities

Location was good

Terrible communication, shower was broken and we were simply told not to use it. No apology, no alternative. Try sleeping without taking a shower after being in salt water.

The apartment is really nice and clean! You can find some dishes in the kitchen, bed was sooo comfortable and all apartment really clean. Stuff there is really friendly, thank you, guys! I was scared that it’s gonna be cold in the apartment in February, but it wasn’t! it was very warm and cozy.

People who lived in the apartment above didn’t respect us - their kids were running all day and night long, but this is not a fault of the apartments’ owners. Just people being people ;) Nothing to complain about the apartment.

We heard each step from guests above us. Wall isolation is bad in general. we could hear them walk and talk like they are with us in our room, not theirs. But in general we are satisfied

Location, the interior, all the necessary kitchen and bathroom utensils, the sofa bed was already opened for sleeping. Personeel was very responsive.

Very nice located and stylish appartment.

Perfectly located in the old town next to some nice bars and restaurants. You can immedialty explore everyting without car. Very nice decoration and well equipped.

The lower appartement was a little bit dark. You can open the windows, but everybody sees into it.

Great apartment - Great organisation but noisy during summer nights

In general it is a nice apartment. Recently renovated, very clean and nice room. The location into the old city of Rovinj is nice. Everything is very close. The staff of the Avior Hotel is great and very well organised. It is just not an apartment if you prefer quiet nights.

During summer time the clients of the bar next door are sitting next to the frontdoor of the apartment. The bar closes between 00.30h and 1 am. Till the closing of the bar it looks like the guests of the bar are sitting in the apartment. It is very noicy. That is important to know when you stay in the apartment during summer and expect a quiet night. If you like to go out till 1 am yourself, it is a perfect apartment. We know when you stay in an old city their might be noice. But this was the first time it was this noisy for me in a city center. When we asked for a solution after the first night, they offered us a quiet apartment outside the city. The organisation of the Avior Holidays is really great. The client service is very good.

They offered to pick us up from the bus stop and dropped us at the bus stop at the end of the stay. Friendly communication.The beds were comfortable, a lot of space to chill and close to everything. Cute cafe close by.

you could hear every noise from apartment above ( steps, coffee machine, shower, conversation…) bathroom constantly under water after showering door between living room and bathroom cannot be closed without causing noise what is annoying during sleeping times no air circulation in this apartment so nothing can be dried

Un appartamento bellissimo per godersi il centro storico di rovigno

Appartamento spazioso, arredato con cura e pulito in pieno centro di Rovigno. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, bagno pulito e spazioso al piano terra, bagno utile al piano primo in camera. Noi siamo state in bassissima stagione ma credo che sia stupendo per godersi la città in estate.

Essendo in centro storico in zona pedonale non c'è parcheggio ma non è un problema se non si hanno troppi bagagli pesanti, in 10 min a piedi si raggiungono i parcheggi pubblici!

Сам номер просторный и чистый. Можно сказать в центре. Ресепшн находится в километре от отеля. Это очень не удобно. Парковка платная там же. Ресепшн один на несколько отелей. Они каром подвозят максимально близко к отелю, но там пешеходная часть и вещи нести все равно придется вверх вручную.

Если вы с животными-гулять придется в другом месте. Нет ни одного фрагмента газона в радиусе двух километров Собаки за доп оплату 10 евро
