The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its excellent central location in Rovinj. Everything was easily accessible, including restaurants, shops, and the local infrastructure. For Bachata and salsa festival visitors, the location was especially convenient, as the Adria Tobacco Factory for the night socials, as well as the shuttle and boats to the beach parties and Katarina Island events, were all within quick and easy reach. Our contact person was always friendly, professional, and highly responsive. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately, which we greatly appreciated.

However, for two people, the apartment felt rather small. Both the kitchen and the bed were smaller than expected and somewhat limiting during a longer stay. The bathroom and the large table were perfectly adequate and comfortable. We also felt that the apartment could have been better stocked with basic supplies. There were not enough paper towels and garbage bags provided for the duration of our stay. Considering the price of €622 for the accommodation, plus an additional €125 for parking (€25 per day), we found the overall value for money to be somewhat disappointing. While the location and service were very good, the size and amenities did not fully justify the total cost.

Cozy, stylish Appartement in zentraler Lage, dank rückseitiger Lage wird es dort auch nicht zu heiß, sonst einfach kurz die Klimaanlage anmachen und ruckzuck wird es angenehm kühl, hat alles was man braucht, sogar die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden zur Wochenmitte gewechselt, die eigene Terrasse ist der Knaller! Wir haben 11 wunderbare Tage dort verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, wer Rovinj kennt weiß, dass die Parkplätze außerhalb zu suchen sind und Ameisen, Tauben und Möwen überall auf einen lauern 🤣 - einzig die Preise in Rovinj sind deutlich zu hoch was für die Wohnung aber auch für alles andere vor Ort gilt.

Location was great, apartment had everything you need for your stay, easy check in and check out, warm & welcoming host!

Apartment was clean, however big rug in bedroom/living area seemed unclean or not vacuumed (hair/dirt) which kinda affected the perception of how clean was the apartment! That was the only thing we would suggest to improve, everything else was great!
