Comfortable stay in the old town

I liked the apartment. It has all the amenities described there. It is located in the heart of the old town and just a few steps away from the sea views. It is about an 11-minute walk from the bus station. Also recommended for a couple's stay.

The internet connection wasn't the best. It wasn't until late in the evening that I was able to connect; before that, I had to use my phone data. The cable TV didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal since I'm not a big TV fan.

Lovely apartment in perfect location within old town. Close to bars and restaurants and seafront. Very spacious and clean. Nice touches everywhere from artwork to complimentary tea & coffee. Kitchen & bathroom perfect for short stays.

Great place to stay!

Location was great, right in the city center but at the same time it wasn’t noisy. Communication with the host was great as well.

The box for the key was hard to close when we were leaving. The way it attached in the wall - the keys are either falling down or it’s hard to close the locker. A little bit annoying

Nice apartment in the centre of the old town

Lovely apartment in a great location (assuming you don't mind dragging bags over cobblestones). Many great restaurants in the area (including the one right outside the front door. The patio is nice (although overlooked by the neighbours)

The wifi wasn't very reliable... so we ended up using mobile data plans as a fallback Some of the electric sockets are very loose in the walls (eg. in the bathroom), so we were nervous using them. There's a huge step down to the patio... a small step ladder is provided. It can be noisy late in the evening (restaurant outside)

Constant flies in room, no matter what we did more kept appearing. Bathroom light didn't work. Electric sockets loose and coming away from the wall.

One night in beautiful Rovin

The location in amazing!!

The apartment was dirty(the whole sofa was stained ) but it wasn’t the biggest problem! There was no door in the toilet!! I traveled with my friend and it was really big problem for us. I don’t understand how it could be. Also there was no an iron, that strange for apartment. So good thing that we stayed there only one night

Location is perfect

One stop shop: furniture is broken, bad linen is so old that it literally scratches your skin, apartment was not so clean when we first came in, coach was so dirty.. it have not seen cleaning like for ages... It was definitely not the best value for money. Don’t think that owner could afford such a miserable condition of apartment, especially in time of corona-crisis, where the are plenty of better offers

Acomodação localizada no coração do centro histórico. Ampla, bem equipada, silenciosa e limpa. A cama era confortável

Ubicación perfecta

El apartamento tiene ubicación perfecta, justo en medio del casco antiguo.

No es negativo hacia el establecimiento sino que no puedes entrar al casco antiguo con coche, y para aparcar económicamente (24h por 4,5€) debes aparcar a unos 25min caminando y con el equipaje fue muy engorroso.

Son emplacement est top mais c’est enfermé et noir comme lieu.

Le ménage dans la sdb est mal fait, des cheveux de femme traînent au sol. L’aspirateur n’a pas été passé visiblement. La sdb est trop petite et on s’y sent à l’étroit.

Autohtona lokacija

Čisto, novo, uredno. Lokacija je top ako želite doživljaj unutar starog dijela grada! Ali nema pristupa autom, morate nositi stvari po pješačkoj zoni. Bilo malo glasno po noći ali imali smo otvorene prozore zbog zraka. Kad se zatvore prozori onda je ok.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung war super. Die Einrichtung war schön und der riesige Kasten war ideal.

Apartament jest w historycznym centrum Rovinja w bardzo starym ,kamiennym domu- no po prostu w niesamowitym klimacie miasta 😍,a jednocześnie wewnątrz wyremontowany i wygodnie urządzony. Szczegóły zameldowania otrzymałam przed przyjazdem - lokalizację Google Maps 📍 oraz foto drzwi wejściowych i skrzynki na klucze- bardzo fajna sprawa,apartament znalazłam bez problemu😉 Tuż obok jest kameralna restauracja/bar oraz mały sklepik spożywczy. Miejsce bardzo bezpieczne dla podróżujących samotnie👍
