The accommodation was new and clean. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner is very nice and hospitable, he pampered us very much and provided everything we needed. The street is a bit busy, you can hear it. The location is very good, close to the sea and just a few minutes walk along the sea to the city. I can fully recommend this accommodation.

The parking was right next to the house and is very average in length and our car is big, it extended a few centimeters into the sidewalk, there is no barrier or fence. So people who walk around mainly in the evenings had a great passion for finger painting on the car. And considering the very high price of our car, it was very unpleasant for me.

Apartment very tastefully furnished… and well placed for access to old town. 5 min walk away. Very secure with controlled access. Private parking right outside the property.

Shower leaked into bathroom. No instructions for any of the appliances… Safe for valuables not fixed in location and not working. No information on local amenities, things to do etc.

The apartment is simply amazing. Marija is great and helpful. Supermarket, beach, old town are within a short distance.

Brand new apartment, I remember it was still under construction last year when we walked by. For us the location of the apartment was great, because our favorite restaurant Il Faro is just a minute walk from the place, even the grocery shops are just a minute walk away. What I like about Rovinj is that you can park your car when you arrive and use it again when you leave. You can either walk, use an electric scooter, take your kids, the stroller and walk to the old town, see the church, or walk pass the hotels such as Grand Park hotel, hotel Lone. Perfect for families with small kids, everything is just a walking distance away.

There was a salsa festival the week when we were there, so you could hear the music at night. I unfortunately couldn’t sleep the entire night, because I had to feed the baby. You can hear cars, buses most of the time as it is a busy street, but for people coming from bigger towns or cities that is normal. We are just not used to the noise, because we leave in a small village, but otherwise everything was good.
