Lokation in the middle of town. 7' walk to the parking lot. 2' to the harbor. Good restaurants 3'.
Rovinij gives the occation to swim (4' walk) and has a variety of restaurants from top to ordenary.
Casa Vecchia is a perfect hub for a pleasant stay.

I stayed in the studio apartment on the first floor and it was great. I was worried that it would be loud as there's a restaurant (a great place for lunch!) across the very narrow street but it closed around 7:00pm and the street got very quiet after 10:00pm. It's in the old part of the city, close to the water, to shopping, to the cathedral, with a cute cafe for morning coffee just a few steps away. Marko was great and sent me a very clear message before I arrived so I had no problem getting into the room. The room itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.
This is nothing against the room or the host (who was lovely) but the room isn't bright. It's in a narrow street and the sun just doesn't get down that far. But I was out of the house most of the day anyway so it didn't matter much.

The apartment in the first floor was really noisy from outside the tourists and the bed was not comfortable.
