La posizione è perfetta, esci dalla porta e sei in centro, 1 minuto dal mercato, 3 minuti dal porto, 5 minuti dalla Chiesa. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, accogliente e piacevole, fornito di tutto quello che serve. Si riposa molto bene, letti comodi! Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Host davvero gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e disponibile!
La cucina non permette di fare chissà cosa, è molto piccola, ma è funzionale per preparare qualcosa di frugale, o per la colazione. Non c'è aria condizionata, i ventilatori fanno ciò che possono. Le scale per accedere agli appartamenti sono molto ripide e strette.

La posizione centrale è ottima per chi vuole visitare Rovigno, andare al mare e fare varie escursioni.
C'è una scalinata stretta e un pò pericolosa per salire alla stanza. Nella stanza non c'è aria condizionata ma un ventilatore che muove l aria calda perché la stanza anche se al penultimo piano è sopra una cucina quindi il caldo viene tutto su è gli odori entrano tutti in casa. Il wc perde acqua.
