Fabulous gorgeous apartment in the heart of Rovinj
This is a fabulous studio apartment in the heart of Rovinj. It is beautifully decorated and has a fabulous terrace with sea glimpses.
Everything was perfect. The stairs were very narrow and up a steep street so maybe not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Romantic place for a couple to stay in Rovinj
We loved the apartment and its location in the heart of old Rovinj. The hosts were super flexible to meet all our extra requirements- early arrival and check-in, extra blankets, etc. Daniel was always available by phone.
The apartment itself is just perfect romantic place for a couple. It has a spacious bedroom, a cosy kitchenette and great green rooftop terrace with incredible views over Rovinj.
One of the nights when the temperature went below 0 outside, it was somewhat cold to sleep (you can only rely on warm air from air conditioner and blankets) - watch out, alcohol does not help 😊. This was resealed next day with extra blankets

Beautiful apartment, very clean with focus on small details (candles, flowers, decorations).
Owner was very nice and friendly, always asking if everything’s ok.
Space full and cozy terrace with nice view over the city.
It’s better to pack yourself to backpacks or one small suitcase, there is a lot of stairs ;)
Walk in shower is a little bit problematic, water usually gets out of it.

Unique mediterran experience with the best host!
The location of the apartment is just perfect. You can reach everything in 5 minutes, but you will get a unique experience to get an apartment in the tiny streets with a magical mediterran vibe. The apartment itself is just a magic! You will get an apartment with the nicest interior we have ever seen! You can imagen a place which is better than in the photos? This is it, surely. So if you just have some doubts to make the booking or not, our advice is deffinitely a big yes! Right now. If you have any questions, Daniel, the host is more than welcome to answering those, he is just the best and coolest host ever! Thank you for the unique expercience!

The apartment (studio with terrace) was perfect for the two of us. The bonus is the terrace great for relaxing throughout the day. Located perfectly in the old town on a beautiful street minutes from the port and lots of resturants within walking distance.

The apartment was in a perfect location in Old Town, the decor was extremely stylish, the terrace was wonderful, and Daniel was very responsive. Would gladly stay again!
The only thing to note is that there is no door/curtain on the bathroom (just a partial wall separating the toilet from the bedroom area), but it didn't really bother us. However, guests should be aware before booking in case they want more privacy.

Der Vermieter selber ist GROßARTIG!!
Er hat uns höchstpersönlich hat am Parkplatz abgeholt und war sich auch nicht zu schade, uns mit dem Gepäck zu helfen - hier sollte man wissen, dass man nicht bis zur Unterkunft selber mit dem Auto vorfahren kann. Wir haben dann für das Ausladen den gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz genutzt (von dort aus erreicht man die Unterkunft ziemlich schnell) und später das Auto umgeparkt.
Die Unterkunft selber ist unheimlich schön - zudem so zentral, dass es nicht besser geht.
Es wurde viel Wert auf die kleinsten Details gelegt und man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Beeindruckend ist die Gemeinschaftsküche mit dem kleinen Hinterhof. Die Küche bietet ergänzendes Geschirr (falls in den Appartements doch etwas fehlen sollte), hat eine Waschmaschine und ist auch sonst gemütlich eingerichtet. Hier haben wir auch mal einen oder zwei Kaffee/ Schnäpse getrunken mit dem Vermieter und da wir im Januar hier waren, hatten wir zum Teil das ganze Haus für uns.
Die Appartements bieten alles, was man benötigt - Sofa, großes gemütliches Bett, kleine Küchenzeile und das Appartement Nr. 3 hat ergänzend eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf´s Meer und die Altstadt. Allerdings muss man zum Appartement Nr. 3 erwähnen, dass das Badezimmer mit dem Schlafbereich verbunden ist und lediglich durch eine kleine Wand getrennt ist. Das bedeutet: wenn jemand ein Problem damit hat, ein türenloses Badezimmer inkl. Toilette zu haben, sollte vielleicht auf die Appartements Nr. 1 und 2 zurückgreifen. Die Badezimmer sind alle sehr modern, kombiniert mit alten Elementen unter anderem einem Nähtisch, umfunktioniert zum Waschbecken.
Die Vermieter haben das komplette Haus von Grund auf saniert und wenn man bedenkt, dass der Bereich autofrei ist, kann man sich vielleicht vorstellen, wie aufwendig und arbeitsintensiv nicht nur die Sanierung war, sondern insbesondere das Wegtragen des Bauschutts und die Anlieferung aller neuen Materialien.
Abgesehen davon, dass es etwas hellhörig in dem Haus ist, gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen!
