Very nice accommodation in the historical center of Rovinj.

Very nice accommodation in the historical center of Rovinj. Friendly approach and fast, clear communication. Modern and tasteful equipment. Very clean. The room is on the first floor and is a little darker. Ideal if you want to get a good night's sleep in the summer. We would love to come back.

Cozy studio with great location

Amazing location on the most beautiful street in downtown. The studio is small but very cozy, perfect for a short stay. The coffee machine was a nice extra touch

It can get a bit noisy at times, as you can hear sounds from the street and other guests using the main stairs, which are right next to the bed wall

Clean duplex in the center of Rovinj with several negative points. I don’t recommend it.

- Nice duplex in the centre of Rovinj, clean and well decorated - Reactive person if you need to contact him - Coffee and bottle of wine offered on arrival - Dimitri who works for the owner is nice

- No bedroom although it says on Booking that there is a bedroom. It should have been mentioned that this is only a sleeping area and that the flat is in fact a loft. - Poor insulation of the building ; very noisy. You can hear the downstairs neighbours talking. I was woken up by the neighbours the first morning. And the neighbours also came one evening to complain that they could hear us walking even though we weren't wearing shoes. It was very surprising and you have to be very careful when you walk, which is embarrassing when you're at supposed to feel at home. - Problem with the air conditioning which is turned off incorrectly from time to time. Dimitri who works for the owner told me that from time to time there was a problem with the air conditioning system and that I had to turn it off several times. - No shutters on the 3 skylights on the roof which let in daylight. It’s a problem if you can’t sleep with daylight. - Owner (Daniel) very unpleasant and disrespectful. He made me understand on phone that he wasn't a baby-sitter and that if I wanted to make sure I slept, I could go for a run, go to the church next door or to the hotel, and that we could see the photos of the velux windows on booking. True, but a switch could have controlled electric shutters or there could have been another locking system. He talked to me in an aggressive manner. Very unpleasant and disrespectful person. I myself am a landlord and rent a flat, and I would never have dared talk to tenants like that. I was very shocked, especially for the price I paid. - Kitchen equipment at a bare minimum. No bowl for breakfast. I had to eat cereals from the pan.

Had very few towels and no soap for washing up glasses / plates etc. The room needs a set of drawers or area for luggage, as all of our luggage had to be stored around the kitchen table which felt messy.

Superb

The apartment is in a beautiful street in the old town. It is very nice, newly renovated, clean, big. The owner answers quicly. There is kichen and a big space upstairs.

We went 4 of us and upstairs there is only a sofa to sleep, but there is place for a normal bed. We couldnt separate, there is no door. There is no shutter or darkening at the roof-windows, so if you cannot sleep in light, it wont be ok. And dont take a lot of stuff, because the luggage transporter cannot stop in front ot the apartment, because it is on stairs, this is not bad, jus good to know. Summarizing this is a good apartment!

The best place from what we stayed in Croatia. Everything was perfect : the location was top, the apartment is unique in style , comfortable, authentic, with the spirit of old Italian town and super modern at the same time. everything was clean , tidy , stylish. Super host Daniel welcomed us kindly and shared the best places and fantastic local restaurants. we are definitely coming back . amazing experience

It is a fantastic apartment with nice design, awesomely friendly owners and close to the beach in the heart of Rovinj.

It took place in the heart if the old town and was easy to get nearly anywhere we wanted in no time. The apartment was well furnished, clean, liked the design, was well equipped for our needs, and the bed was comfortable. not to mention that Dimitrij and Daniel were super helpful and friendly!

The ONLY thing that I could mention here that it was very noisy. It completely cancelled the noises of the street, but not the neighbours above us. Every sound, like steps, moving furniture and talking, children crying came trough like it happened in our rooms, and them walking sounded like elephants stomping, and these made it nearly impossible to sleep in the morning.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is 3min walk from the main square (hotel Adriatic), placed in the old town, close to restaurants, caffe bars, local hand-made shops etc. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for short or long stay, for couples or families. It was clean and very well maintained. Our hosts, Daniel and Dimitrije were very friendly, sincere and helpful, advised us on city sights and were always available. Everything was great, highly recommended, and we will definitely come again.

Lovely place in a great location

Place is very nicely furbished, location couldn't be more perfect for exploring the old town and getting to the beach. Staff was very helpful with advice on local amenities. Apartments had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean.

Perefect!

This apartment got renovated a year ago so everything is new and very clean as well. Nice location in the center of old town. The people are super nice, Dimitri and the woman who sat downstairs (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) they gave us very useful tips on where to park the car and where to go for food or coffee.

Brand new apartments in the nicest location

Our stay was great also thanks to the availability and kindness of the staff. The apartments are very nicely furnished and easy to reach in the town center. I would recommend this place both for groups and couples and I will definitely book this place again if I go back to Rovinj :)

The room was great, in a perfect location at the heart of the old town. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the helpfulness of Dimitri, who came to pick up us from the bus station and brought us to the apartment, was really attentive and cheerful, and gave us great tips and directions to enjoy our stay.

The apartment has a very nice location in the old town of Rovinj and it is super clean and cozy. The host Dimitrije is a super nice guy and we found communication with him perfectly comfortable. At the check-in, he offered to take our bags from the main square and was at our disposal for any questions and assistance during our stay. He gave us some tips and perks about the city and the surrounding area, of which we got many benefits. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The apartment is brand new, fully furbished and equipped with everything you might need, and most importantly immaculate. Located centrally, super comfy, ideal for couples or groups of three.
