Un appartement coquet aménagé avec goût. Tout l’équipement était disponible; même pour faire une lessive avec les pastilles à disposition. La proximité de la ville magnifique, du port, mais au calme avec une très jolie vue. On se sens comme à la maison.

Il faut savoir que l’appartement se trouve dans la zone sans voiture, à 150m du parking payant pour décharger. Il faut ensuite se garer ailleurs dans la ville car le tarif n’est pas envisageable pour plusieurs jours au port. Il s’agit juste de s’organiser. Nous avions été prévenu par la propriétaire et cela s’est très bien passé.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles nötige vorhanden.

Would love an outdoor space as city is so pretty, but realize that’s hard to find.

The apartment is located in the city center, however, in a quiet street. It's quite big and bright. You can see an absolutely stunning sunset from the living room windows. The travel agency personnel was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.

The building and the staircase leading to the apartment were very dirty. The apartment itself was only roughly cleaned before our arrival, unfortunately, we found a towel covered in some stinking substance resembling urine in the dirty laundry bin, which was really disgusting. There were remnants of breakfast food on the table, pillows and floor. Plates and glasses had to be rewashed as we found them covered in fingerprints. The information regarding key pickup and checkin/checkout times is misleading and should definitely be changed on the booking site. The owners do not live in Rovinj and they use the services of a small travel agency for the purposes of operating this business. You can check in and check out only within the agency's business hours, otherwise you have to pay 10 euros. The owners had told us we could check in between 15:00 and 22:00, and the agency texted us that it was possible only before 21:00 (without the additional payment). This was totally uncool since we were on our way, driving to Croatia. Had we known about this before, we could have planned our arrival in a different way.
