All in all good, but a few things...

All in all, everything was good, very clean, good bed and bedding, great location.

The TV is useless because it only has satellite and no HDMI, so I couldn't plug in my laptop, cell phone, or media player to watch movies. The AC filter was clogged with dust. Ther was some a mildew under the windows

Perfect stay in a centre of Rovinj

We were so warmly welcomed by our host, who is also the owner of the bakery downstairs, so don’t forget to try some delicious pastry while you there. Location is perfect, close to the beach, close to marina, plenty of shops and restaurants around. No noise coming from the streets, giving the location, so that’s a great plus. The apartment is spacious, so clean, aircon is not so noisy, comparing to different places we’ve stayed before. There is noting negative to say, highly recommended.

Host was very nice and made sure we liked the unit.

Only steps from the bus we arrived on. Easy to find above the patisserie. Up the stairs 1 floor. Unit very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Had small kitchen that served our needs. Bed very comfortable.

We stayed over on a Saturday night so heard some people in the streets in the middle of the night. But that was fine.

Decent studio apartment in the city center, good value for money

Great location, has most of what you need, looks decent, decent value for money! The owner seems nice, a bit reserved, but one can't expect more from a seasoned worker in the service industry in such a tourist hub. I recommend this place!

It was a bit loud at night (I think some screaming kids until midnight or so under the window), and not very clean (plenty of dust), and the shower is a super tiny cubicle. The bed was pretty hard, but that is a preference l guess. Also the kichennete is very tiny, doesn't have an air duct (napa) and is close to the bed so cooking might be messy in terms of intoxicating the whole place with food smells. But I think this place is a great value for money, these comments are more for the guests to know what to expect.

Cozy little apartment for 2 persons.

Great accommodation in terms of price - value. The owner is kind, very communicative and helpful. We have got a full information message right after booking our place, including parking, views, restaurants, bars etc. The bed was surprisingly comfortable with a semi-hard mattress. I loved it.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not the best. There were cobwebs in several places and the bottom of both windows was moldy. "Housekeeping staff" needs to do a better job.

The apartment on the 3 floor has a low ceiling, it would be better if the bed is moved to the other wall. Do not recommend staying in the apartment on the 3 floor if you are over 175cm tall.

Staying at the Old Town Apartments in Rovinj was a great choice.

The location was excellent. It was in the old town but close enough to the outside that it was easy to locate and bring in our luggage. The apartment had everything we needed and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Awesome place!

It was awesome! The room has everything we needed for a 6-night stay. Located in the city centre, close to the sea and main sights, with a wonderful bakery downstairs. They are pet-friendly, and charged 5€ per night for a cat which is quite fair. The host helped us to find the closest free parking and all in all was very helpful and friendly. The welcome and farewell sweets were delicious. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here once again!

Perfect basic, clean apt with a kind host - I'd definitely stay here again!

The host was extremely kind and always available during business hours at the bakery below the apartment. They also provided a wonderful sample of goods from the bakery in the room. The room itself was well equipped, spacious and clean.

Perfect location, at the begining of the pedestrian zone and close to the beach. Apartment is spacios, nicely decorated and fully equiped with everything you may need. Host is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this acommodation and definitely will come again! P.S. on the ground level there is pastry shop run by the same family so you get very delicious treats as a wellcome gesture ;)

Very nice and clean apartment in a great position, in the centre, very close to restaurants and shops. The hosts showed us a free parking, 10 minutes walking from the apartment. The beach is easy to reach on foot. The hosts have been very kind during our stay, we also got delicious free pastries from the pastry shop downstairs, owned by them. The apartment is big enough for two people, nicely furnished. Absolutely recommended :)

Leos Appartement liegt direkt in der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Seine Konditorei liegt im Untergeschoss. Jeden Morgen weht ein leckerer Geruch von frischem Gebäck herauf. Der Bus Bahnhof und eine Lavandería sind 2 Min entfernt. Auf demFlur sind Tee und eine Kaffeemaschine.
