We had a lovely stay

Great location, comfortable apartman with enough space, modern bathroom. Ivana is a lovely host.

The only thing was the lack of obscuration at certain windows.

Beautiful studio

Very nice studio, airy, big and beautifully decorated. Clean, fresh, smells good. Located at the centre of Rovinj. Friendly and flexible host.

Free parking is located around 700m (about 15 minutes walk). There are 2 mattresses for the double bed so you feel the gap in between. Also not good quality mattress, too bad as everything else in the apartment has good quality.

A perfect stay with a helpful host, great location just minutes from the sea and old town

Great booking experience! The owner was very helpful, guiding us to the location and even navigating us through the city due to some street closures for renovations. Everything was excellent — the apartment is in a perfect location, just a 3-minute walk to the sea and the old town.

It was okay for two nights

I don't know why but TV wasn't working. Wifi was okay but if there were more people on it, it didn't work properly. We could hear the noise coming from the upper apartment.

Very good position to the center, enough space and pretty new furniture

Communication with the host, had a problem with tv and they didn't bother to help and WiFi was very very poor. Also requested the change of bed sheets but they never delivered

It was a comfortable place to rest after a day exploring and in a really great location in the old city – close to bus station and lots of restaurants. Very easy to get places by walking

The kitchen was not as equipped as it could be for preparing basic meals, the sheets (while claiming to be sustainable disposable sheets) were not real sheets. The hosts were not able to accomodate an early luggage drop off which was disappointing as in most cases hosts will try. I could not use the tv as English was not one of the available languages in the settings

Location was great, apartment big and very comfortable. It's ideal for a small family or a couple with a pet.

Big issue for us was the fact that apartment had a lot of windows but not any shades. The sun was intense very early in the morning, so definitely not suitable for light sleepers.

Overall, pretty good

It was clean, they brought us fresh towels midway in the week, water pressure in the shower worked well, quiet and comfortable bed, easy access, big space, klima included. Not too shabby.

They could have a washig machine in the bathroom, internet was very very slow - we couldn't even watch a movie/youtube video. No free parking close by or included in the price :(

Niet echt aan te raden.

Hele goede locatie; alles op loopafstand. Erg ruim appartement met prima douche.

De kamer heeft deels donkere en deels lichte gordijnen. Doordat er snachts veel straatlicht is, is het in de hele ruimte ook erg licht. Hierdoor hebben wij twee nachten ontzettend slecht geslapen, dat is echt vervelend. Zou deze ruimte niet aanraden als je gewend bent aan een donkere kamer om in te slapen.

Ottima posizione con parcheggio gratuito a 10 minuti a piedi. L’appartamento era pulito e la proprietaria è stata gentile. Molto comoda la possibilità di fare il self check in.

Purtroppo, essendo un appartamento al piano terra, si sentivano tutti i rumori delle persone che entravano e salivano le scale.

Appartamento facile da raggiungere, all'ingresso del centro storico di Rovigno. Ampio, con un bel bagno. Anche se era al piano terra, l'abbiamo trovato silenzioso e anche "fresco", non abbiamo avuto bisogno dell'aria condizionata. L'host è stata anche molto utile nel fornirci una posizione per parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente, dal momento che i posti vicino all'appartamento pochi e ad agosto costano 3€ all'ora!

Ivana persona gentile e cordiale. Molto disponibile! L appartamento risulta essere eccezionale per quanto riguarda la posizione e la tranquillità. Dispone di tutto il necessario.

Unica nota dolente, un po di polvere nelle zone più nascoste ( sopratutto le tende) e il frigo un po piccolo. Inoltre manca la macchina del caffè espresso. È presente la macchina per il caffè americano.

Asunnon sijainti oli todellakin erinomainen vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Asunto itsessään oli tyylikäs, siisti ja tilava. Ilmastointi toimi moitteettomasti. Rauhalliset yöunet. Yhteydenpito omistajan kanssa sujui erinomaisesti.

Sänky oli aavistuksen epämukava, patja tuntui olevan jotenkin kallellaan. Extra tyynyt olisi kiva plussa.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'accueil de Ivana la propriétaire, sa courtoisie, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. L'appartement était spacieux, confortable, bien placé, très proche du centre historique et des sites d'intérêt, des commerces, des restaurants et des plages.
