We had a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay, very close to pretty much everything you need or want to see. The room was clean and comfortable, parking space is secure private parking which we appreciate. Everything was great.

Convenient and not too expensive

The property was very clean and nicely decorated, close to everything.

The bed was very uncomfortable (too soft) and the pillows were thin

Great location and very clean.

The bed was not comfortable and it only had a flat pillow. Improving the bed and pillows would make a world of difference. The person at check in/ out literally didn't say more than 2 words at checkout and not much more at check-in. It made it awkward.

Picturesque hill town. Apartment is in a great for strolling the narrow cobblestone streets.

Management company was very efficient in transporting us to our room by electric cart in the pedestrian only city. Great location in the middle of the old town, easy to walk around. (Very quiet except for seagulls early in the morning!)

No one was at the management office when we arrived in spite of my calling ahead as I was requested to do. They did come right away when I called again. Room was a bit small and no window, except sky light that opened.

We had a lovely few days at Noemi’s rooms. Rovinj is beautiful, perfect getaway.

Lovely and very clean, in a perfect location. We stayed in a duplex apartment. We loved the Beautiful features of the building, like wooden beams, stone walls etc. Maybe the shower/ upstairs bathroom could do with slight updating, it is vey small but aside from that the apartment was just perfect for us, a family of 4. We fell in love with Rovinj and plan to come back.

Wonderful location, enjoyable stay only slightly spoilt by drainage issue.

Good size room, comfortable bed, fridge & tea/coffee facilities useful, location great.

Shower curtain replacement for broken door & bathroom floor flooded due to blocked drain on emptying sink. A light would be useful in dark passage to main door.

We were most pleased with the ease with which we could walk to the places we wanted to see.

The location was excellent. It was a little unusual in that we had to park our car a good distance from the apartment and be taken to it on a golf cart. This was necessary because cars are not allowed in the city center. We were very close to the waterfront and enjoyed walking along it.

Perfect stay at the perfect price.

We loved our room! So quaint with the beams and yet tastefully updated. We had read reviews about the stairs being an issue, but didn’t really find them to be a problem (and we’re in our 60s). It’s in a good location, although be prepared to get lost in the winding streets. We were only there for one afternoon and evening, so didn’t really get a chance to get our bearings. Very charming little city.

Everything was great . I was especially pleased that there is a private parking lot, and from the office you will be offered a ride to the old town to the apartment. It was nice to ride by electric car and enjoy the views of the sea and the city. They can also pick you up when you check out. Everything in the room was also fine

Clean and cosy place in a very busy surroundment.

Nice place, modern bathroom, well equipped and in a tiny house offering space.

I could not sleep because of the bars and streets around, till late at night it is very loud. It might be a matter of taste also. The bed was spacious but too soft for my needs.

Great apartment in the old down town

The apartment is situated in the very city center, in the old town which is full of restaurants and nice places. Reception works up to 8 pm and they are always ready to help you. They are very kind. It is like a company which has a lot of different apartments. I made mistake in my booking and they solved it very promptly. I am thankful to them and especially to Sanja e Marino.

Good experience, right in the centre

Great location in the old city. Petfriendly. The kids liked the short drive from the reception the the apartment in the small electric car. Good idea to offer that parking-possibility in a secured court. Perfect location to walk immediately through the small passages and roads. Fast working air conditioning.

Very cute apartment in a great location. It was nice, clean, air conditioning made a cool temperature in this hot weather. Good communication, check-in was also smooth.

Nice room in a very convenient location. Staff was great and the ride to town with luggage was really a nice addition.

It was a little noisy, concert in the square by water, but the music stopped by 11:30.
