Very nice accommodation, fantastic location.
The lock to the property is worn and tricky to operate. I gave up and let the Wife lock up.

The apartment is spacious and well situated, close to the market.
If I compare this to other places we have stayed at, in Croatia at the same price, then this stay was a disappointment. The towels were so old the felt like sandpaper and some were stained by bleach.
The linen was also old, worn and faded. The bed had a duvet cover on and no duvet. We had to scratch around very untidy storage cupboards to find a duvet inner and make up the bed ourselves.
One dishwasher tablet for a 3 day stay? Again, we had to scratch through dirty cupboards and eventually found more in the broom cupboard.
The TV did not work even though we asked and the host confirmed it worked at check in.
With the amount of accommodation available in Rovinj, I think you can do better. Also, the name of the apartment (Sea View) is misleading. Although there is a bit of a sea view, you have to stand at the window and look to your left. It is not much of a sea view from the apartment.
