Very enjoyable holiday at a beautiful location with lucky weather.

Lovely place in perfect location

Perfectly situated in the old town, very well equiped kitchen and an extra plus for the air con in the bedroom. Nice comfortable bed and a very friendly and helpful hostess, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is exactly as described, great location, very spacious and near parking if needed. Liz was very helpful and a promptly responded to messages. I highly recommend this apartment; you won't be disappointed. Bonus: it's super close to the super popular shop Atelier Charm!

The whole vibe-views over the water ,step out the door and you are right there, the size & appliances in the apartment and Washing machine to catch up. The whole town is amazing and Lis is a perfect host. Beautiful lady

Newly renovated apartment close to all main attractions

The apartment is very well renovated, spacious and bright. Very comfortable! You can hang your wet clothes outside, something I find very useful. Location is great, only a little tricky if you have heavy luggage.

You can hear the steps from above quite loud and there can be cigarette smell coming from the bars outside.

Disappointingbstay in Rovinj

The apartment is spacious and well situated, close to the market.

If I compare this to other places we have stayed at, in Croatia at the same price, then this stay was a disappointment. The towels were so old the felt like sandpaper and some were stained by bleach. The linen was also old, worn and faded. The bed had a duvet cover on and no duvet. We had to scratch around very untidy storage cupboards to find a duvet inner and make up the bed ourselves. One dishwasher tablet for a 3 day stay? Again, we had to scratch through dirty cupboards and eventually found more in the broom cupboard. The TV did not work even though we asked and the host confirmed it worked at check in. With the amount of accommodation available in Rovinj, I think you can do better. Also, the name of the apartment (Sea View) is misleading. Although there is a bit of a sea view, you have to stand at the window and look to your left. It is not much of a sea view from the apartment.

Perfect place to stay in Rovinj ! Lis was an amazing host even booking us the most perfect romantic restaurant to enjoy the sunset. The apartment is very spacious with a nice view and all the commodities you can need. Highly recommend.

Magical Rovinj.

We loved the location of this spacious, very well equipped flat. Everything you need or want in Rovinj - market, beach, shops, restaurants - is at your fingertips. Lis was very welcoming and hospitable. We will surely be back. X

Spacious, great location, good value

This is a very large apartment with plenty of space. The location is great, right above the market with views over the sea. It is on the edge of the old town on the side closest to the largest public parking area. The apartment was very clean. We also found the washing machine handy.

The price you pay for staying in the old town is that you can't park your car nearby and have to handle your luggage over the cobbles, and that it can get noisy if the windows are open (early morning cleaning machines, the market during the day, and the restaurant under the bathroom window in the evening). You must decide if it is worth it for you. Parking was 5 Kn per hour in May in Valdibora parking lot. We found that the dishwasher soap holder was broken and we had to make a plan around it (we put the tablet in a sieve in the top shelf and it seemed to work). Personally, I like a more minimalist apartment when renting, and this one felt a bit cluttered with personal property of the owner (it is a bit worse than shown in the photos).

Top location, beuatiful apartment, a great find in Rovinj

An amazing apartment, fully equipped, comfortable and pet friendly. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view onto the sea; we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Lis made us feel right at home and looked after us throughout our stay, definitely will be visiting again!

Excellent stay - highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay - our only regret was that it was only for one night. Lis was great in terms of communication and very accommodating. The location was excellent and the view was terrific as well. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the list of recommendations about where to eat and activities was a nice extra touch. We would gladly stay there again!

Amazing place in the center of Rovinj. Large and bright space with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom near by bedroom. Superb

Lovely location in Rovinj Old town. Small shops, Bakery, Butchery, Firshery, Farm market, Cafes and Restaurants are about a minute walk away. The apartment had everything that you need. It was sparkling clean, nice and cosily equipped. The owner-Lis was very friendly and hepful in providing many infos and great recommendation for trips, interesting places, parking etc. We could not find better location for our stay. Even in November there was pleasant weather for long walks and trips. We will highly recommend this property and hopefully have a chance to stay again.

Das Apartment liegt über dem Markt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Somit kann man es gut vom Parkplatz aus erreichen und die Altstadt ist auch vor der Tür. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauche könnte. Auch die Größe ist sehr beeindruckend. Es gab 2 Klimaanlagen, sowie 2 Toiletten. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet.

Parkmöglichkeit am öffentlichen Parkplatz ist immens teuer. Wir sind deshalb beim Kaufland gestanden, da einer der Bimmelzüge um 4 Euro pro Person hinfährt und dort direkt hält. Das ist aber eine Thematik, die nicht das Apartment, sondern Rovinj, betrifft.

Tolles Appartement mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig und gemütlich. Einfach perfekt!

Die behutsame und stilvolle Sanierung eines Appartements im Herzen von Rovinj lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist perfekt um in das Treiben der Stadt einzutauchen und zwischendurch in Ruhe wieder rasten zu können. Trotz Marktplatz vor den Fenstern war es nie laut.
