A lot of cobblestone streets to get their with luggage - but that is expected in an old town.

A very disappointing stay – the apartment was poorly maintained, noisy, and impractical.

It’s very close to the old town of Rovinj.

Apartman nije ni približno kako je opisan. Do plaže nije 10 metara nego barem 20 minuta hoda, a apartman je vrlo mali i nepraktičan. Nedostaju osnovne stvari, npr. u kupaonici nema ni vješalice za ručnik pa sam ručnik morala ostavljati na stolicu. Nije bilo čisto. Zidovi su pretanki pa se sve čuje – turisti, susjedi, buka s ulice, čak i kada su svi prozori zatvoreni. Kupaonica nije bila čista, ručnici su zaudarali na ustajalo, isto kao i ormar u sobi koji se uopće ne može koristiti. Kupaonica se jako brzo usmrdi, a bojler je premalen – nakon jedne osobe već ponestane tople vode. Nije bilo ni osnovnih potrepština poput kave, šećera ili barem boce vode za prvi dan – sve je bilo prazno. Parking je poseban problem: najbliži je udaljen 15 minuta i plaća se 84 € po danu, a ostali, udaljeniji, 25 € dnevno. Do apartmana se ne smije automobilom jer je u starom gradu. Vlasnica nam je rekla da postoji u blizini besplatan parking kod restorana, ali to je zapravo 1 km udaljeno (20 minuta pješice) – potpuno nepraktično s prtljagom. Kreveti su stari i neudobni. Ovo nije mjesto za nekoga tko se želi odmoriti i opustiti – samo ako vam treba mjesto isključivo za prespavati. 🇬🇧 English The apartment is nothing like described. It is not 10 meters from the beach, but at least a 20-minute walk. The apartment is very small and impractical. Even basic things are missing, for example, there is no towel rack in the bathroom – I had to leave the towel on a chair. It was not clean. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything – tourists, neighbors, and street noise, even with windows closed. The bathroom was dirty, towels smelled stale, just like the wardrobe in the room, which could not be used because of the smell. The bathroom gets smelly after just a few minutes, and the water heater is too small – only one person can take a shower before the hot water runs out. There were no basic supplies like coffee, sugar, or even a bottle of water for the first day – everything was...

Lokalizacja w samym centrum Rovinj bardzo blisko do pięknych widoków i barów:) Cisza spokój i bezpieczeństwo. Apartament czysty i przyjemny z widokom na zachodzące słońce.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und für den Preis total fair! Klein aber fein, eine etwas lautere Lage i

Zentral gelegen, Fenster mit Meerblick, Küche klein wie auf Bildern, war aber mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet.

Matratze war ok, man hat allerdings die Federn extrem gespürt. Memory Foam Kopfkissen hingegen waren super! Duschabfluss verstopft, Wasser ist deshalb manchmal etwas übergelaufen. Scheint ein bekanntes Problem gewesen zu sein, da Zora von Anfang an hierfür eine Aufsaugmatte gegeben hat. Kleine Sachen könnten zudem aufgepimpt werden, z.B. mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Handtücher und Duschtücher im Bad. Auch eine Ablage für Shampoo und Duschgel in der Dusche haben gefehlt. Steckdosen waren alle ziemlich locker.
